blunt is a fantastic actress but if she got the role, i can't say I'd be all that excited. she just doesn't do it for me in the role.

I'd be so angry if Marvel got her first. Hopefully JL takes off quick and they cast her for WW. Hopefully within the next year.

What are the plans for Ms. Marvel currently??

Well, they tried to get her to get her twice for Black Widow and Peggy Carter but she was filming adjustment bureau and something else so she had to pass. Feige and 'em apparently think very highly of her.

Nothing on the radar currently with Ms Marvel. There were rumblings she would be introduced in GOTG but filming starts in a few months and we haven't heard anything casting wise. You never know with the MCU. Blunt said she'd be more than happy to work with Marvel if the role is right so i'd expect her to get a call again from them at some point. She would kill as WW though.

btw, i think Omari Hardwick would make a great John Stewart. He's not very well known but he's got acting chops. I saw an indie called 'I will follow' and he's awesome in it. He was also in Kick-Ass in a small role..

The perfect cast ^
I can't imagine anyone else doing better in any of those roles. The more I think about it the more I'm convinced that Emily is the best choice for Wonder Woman. She's already proven she can do regal and badass and she did both extremely well. As someone said already, WB would be fools not to cast her

My main concern with a WW actress is that they cast a beautiful, glamorous actress who doesn't really cut it with the action scenes, or is believable as an Amazon warrior.

As for other characters, I think Joel Kinnaman (Robocop, The Killing) is a good candidate for Flash/Barry Allen:

Not at all. I'm still holding out that Nolan and Bale are of the same way of thinking. I just hope integrity comes out ahead of pressure from both the studio and fans!

I too believe that Bale is a mistake but I understand that I am in the minority. I like TDK movies but I am not particularly fond of that incarnation of Batman or the Nolanverse in general. I don't want Man of Steel to be mixed in with that universe at all. One with Robin Blake (doesn't even exist in comics) and all these villains that are just knock offs because they needed to be grounded. Like Bane just being some random big guy.

My Number 1 choice for Batman would definitely be Michael Fassbender. Hands down better than Bale. However that would never happen so my number one realistic choice at this point would be probably Luke Evans, but only because I can't think of anyone else. I'll hold judgement to see how well he does in FF6
