I think we've hit upon something in this thread that, really, there is no answer for at the moment. I can't imagine any possibility that makes sense as to why he goes in with brown hair, and then reveals himself, and it's green.
If he dyes his hair green, then that means he dyes his hair sometime after entering the bank but before taking off his mask. That doesn't make any sense, nor is it plausible in such a fast-paced situation. The Joker doesn't have time to do that, so it gets thrown out.
Has a second or mutliple bank robberies not been discussed? Seem's to make sense, he appears to be wearing different suits in the photo's and it could easily be that one pre dates the other, giving him time to work on his appearance. Another idea, and its just a thought is that if you are referring to the photo of him outside the bank (near the trailer) there is a possibility that it was taken sans reapplication of make up and dye prior to filming.
Just a thought.

and . . . . the lighting . . . it's drastically different . . . that makes a big . . . umm, difference . . . what you're seeing is not Joker 'deteriorating', but the make-up wearing off a bit . . . mostly around the folds of his skin, and the parts of his face that change w/ his expression . . . the lighting is much more ominous in the latest pic, and the knife pic it's a lot brighter . . . that's pretty much the only difference . . .
