Back to what you said, I understand what you say of course, but I just doubt they would go for such a "bombshell" and such hot looking girl/woman.

This is the movie industry. They jump at the chance at taking a 'bombshell' over a good actress all the time - looks = money.

Which is why I hope, when it comes to MJ, they don't just cast someone because she looks picture perfect from the comic for the role. They have to cast someone who is a brilliant actress and is good at everything else. They need what they call a 'triple threat'. Someone who can act, dance and sing. As well as be absolutely gorgeous, and I *hope a natural red-head, though that's probably the last on my list. (Sony...if your going to get them to dye their hair than make sure they dye it that colour!)

I think it should be someone like Andrew before he got the role, relatively unknown, but some amazing work under their belt.

I agree with you. Although I truly believe she needs to "look" the part in terms of beauty she needs to have those other qualities for MJ as well.

Her acting is up to the writers, director and herself. It's a trio of talent that has to be realized. Hopefully when MJ does get cast, we WILL be talking about the acting talents of said actress. The females in recent comic book films were painful to watch in their performance. Including Natalie Portman in Thor, beautiful and talented, yet dreadful in her role.<--Perfect example of the writer(s)/director not being on point.
