Bullseye was silent for a moment. He didn't want to get rid of the hostages. It wasn't the right move, not at all. He shook his head violently.
"I don't think gettin' rid of the hostages is a....good move, Doc."
He paused. He realised he was going to have to come up for a reason for why it wasn't a good idea.
"I mean, you want to kill Spider-Man, right? Well, if we dump these hostages, then do you really think Spidey's gonna follow us to Latveria? No, he's gonna end up stayin' here in America, and Osborn's gonna be the one that has the pleasure of killin' him. But with these hostages, we have the leverage. You're gonna force Spder-Man to follow you to wherever you're going. He's gonna be in an unfamiliar environment, and you're gonna have the advantage. Then you can finally kill him once and for all."
Bullseye glanced around at his teammates, to see if they were convinced. He continued.
"And then there's the issue of protection. We have killers like The Punisher and that mutant freak Wolverine on our tails. And then there's Daredevil, who we all know is bayin' for my blood. The only thing that's stoppin' them from outright killin' us is that we have two hostage-shaped bargaining chips. If we lose them, we lose out leverage. Even if we do want to get rid of them, we should hold off until we're absolutely sure we have no more use for them."
Bullseye felt he had put forward reasonable arguments as to why the hostages should be kept, but was that what he believed. Was there any other, more personal motives for him wanting to keep the hostages? Bullseye shook the thought from his head, and anxiously waited for the Doc's reply.
