yep it was.deadpool 2 is likely the 2018 film with IMAX.and it's likely the march 2018 film.everything points to deadpool 2 being next X_Men spin-off to go before the camers.

new mutants is most likely candiate for june 2018 film inless Gambit gets back on track and hires new director soon

After just now finishing Stranger Things, I gotta say, even though Millie Bobby Brown is only 12 years old, if the people at Fox aren't looking at this program and considering using her in some capacity, that's a missed opportunity.

That's not even confirmed especially the last two.warlock is also said to be in the film, but after Apocalypse's underperformance, we clearly heard nothing more from this, so who knows what will happen.

Kinberg confirmed at the apocalypse premier that professor X is going to be in new mutants.

I doubt there will be any change beyond the normal rewrites scripts go through as at this point it's pretty obvious fox don't give a crap about replicating or cow milking as much as people think, Logan especially shows this, they have shown no nerves or dependency on fomula.

with exception of storm all the characters mentioned here have been confirmed
by eather Boone or Kinberg.

now inless the new writers changed it,it was suspose to be set in past with Mcavoy playing Xavier although they have to neograte new deal for him since his contract ended with Apocalypse.

Given that Apocalypse didn't use much of her- though granted, she wasn't on the team- if New Mutants takes place in the same timeline as Apocalypse, I think Jubilee could be used in some capacity, or at least have an appearance. She has expressed interest, so maybe she'd get more to do there than she did in Apocalypse.

But then, that desire could be the equivalent like Anne Hathaway wanting a Catwoman solo film or Jeremy Renner wanting a Hawkeye solo film.

Well see here is the interesting thing about that, james mcavoy also said he hadn't heard anything either but was told by a fellow actor that he is in it and she told him what he is going to be doing it in and james had no clue.

Kinberg has obviously confirmed xavier is in the script while stewart believes Logan is his last so he likely hasn't heard anything about new mutants so there is no point jumping to that conclusion.

So yeah Shipp saying she isn't in it doesn't mean much if even mcavoy hasn't heard anything either.

He does follow shipp on twitter though same with the other 2 actresses rumored for roles

Given Boone's extensive horror-fanboying on social media, I expected nothing less than an adaptation of the Demon Bear Saga. He also tagged Lockheed in that pic of Magik he posted on Instagram, and considering how he also confirmed Warlock that same day, Lockheed wouldn't be that far out of the realm of possibility.

Hope we get more casting info soon. Casting ATJ and Maisie would be tremendous. Not a big fan of Wolff as Sam. If anyone from Boone's other films should appear in this film, it should be Ansel Elgort.

Edit: Boone has confirmed the storyboards as legit on his Twitter. Nice. (Though it's not like he hasn't been hinting at his influences and inspiration before on social media. )
