I'm pretty sure thats BS. That would be like someone tweeting Shane Black midway through preproduction on Iron Man 3 saying "hey u should totes make killian the main villain and have mandarin be an acter or something lol dat would be funny". Its not like they'd have to ditch their plans and start completely new just because someone had the same idea as them.

Well, Avengers has just started filming, so most of the news coming in will probably be for that (and CATWS/GOTG) for a bit. When does Antman start filming? We still need some casting news, but it might not be until closer to the start.

I hope so. Because right now the movie only consists of two characters (if you don't count the rumored ones).
Even Sleuth had more characters than that.


It would be a unique take on the genre, though.

maybe they're trying to not distract from Guardians of the Galaxy. I hope that we do get more news before they start filming. because Wright said that it would be an information blackout during filming.

They have probably already cast a bunch of actors but are waiting to announce it to the press when it will get the most amount of press coverage.

Douglas was announced after he picked up a couple awards and Rudd was announced after he had finished doing the press tour for Anchorman 2.
