On a side note that Walking Dead episode finally convinced me that Aldis Hodge might be a decent Black Panther. Before I didn't think he would be the right fit, but now I wouldn't mind...

Of course nobody would be better than Chiwetel Ejifor.

I've never really got the Aldis Hodge for Black Panther bandwagon. Hodge is a good actor but I don't think I could buy him as a African royalty, super genius, ass kicker. I get the vibe his T'Challa would end up coming across like Eddie Murphy in Coming To America.

Yeah, I'm still on the Ejiofor bandwagon. Now that Elba is Heimdall and Mackie is Falcon, it should be a shoe-in for Ejiofor unless they decide to cast David Oyelowo. But fresh off the Oscar buzz and a frontrunner to win, Marvel would be dumb to not grab Ejiofor up.

Ejiofor takes roles seriously without going 'method'. If Chiwetel got the role he would read as many Black Panther comics as he can get his hands on and hit the gym hard.

2) and speaking of star wars... wasnt the 1st star wars in 77, the 1st highlander and the 1st Matrix flick all one freaking over and done with movie?, till some smart guy got the smart idea "hey we can make more moneys off these and made some crappy sequels?"

... except "Empire strikes back"cause that flick was the bomb!

1. This is because Star Wars sucks. The only things good about the series are light sabers and Genndy Tartakovsky.

2. I thought that The Matrix was a planned trilogy from the get go.
