I actually think the living brain should be in a film but not as a main villain and somewhat rather be a mcguffin as a machine being used by a bigger villain like Doc Ock or Silvermane.

Speaking of Silvermane, WHY ISN'T HE IN A FILM YET! Silverman is the shiznit.

IMO Sony needs to take a note from The Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon in order to see how this reboot film series should go.

Plus, Sony owns and produced TSSM, so it wouldn't hurt to get some ideas from their very own Spider-Man TV series.

i mean so many villains with the potential to shine as either main, or side/supporting villains in the films.

I feel like each film should be treated like an episode of The Spectacular Spider-Man in a sense when it comes to the writing, story/plot and character development, and the amount of characters we see

leave realistic mob bosses for batman. for spidey I want to see the super powered outlandish villians. the more colourful (metaphrically speaking) and imaginative the power the better.

Don't get me wrong; I would love to see most if not all of the super-villains. I wasn't suggesting to only have mob bosses and gangs. I think it would be a nice blend if we had a super-villain along with a secondary villain involving the lesser villains, in a way.

By the way, the Master Planner is Doc Ock, so he would fall under super-villain and a mob boss. :P

Something like in TSSM, which would mean we could see villains like the Shocker, Rhino, etc.

whatever character they choose for the next films would have to have an intricate connection to peter parker. Its how the spidey universe works. While already being used, the green goblin is thoroughly connected to peter parker through his relationship with his best friend harry osbourn. As for non used villains, Electro is just a spoiled brat with anger issues (his powers are cool though), shocker doesnt have much too him to hold a movie alone, while mysterio has the best chance at being in one of the movies, but im just not confident he could hold it on his own.

In my honest opinion, i believe the vulture would be a great second villain for parker to face off with. Vulture has a great connection with parker through his aunt may, and sam was really excited to visit the character until the studio got involved again and basically forced him out. not only does vulture have a connection with aunt may and peter, but also with oscorp which could set the stage for green goblins reappearance in the 3rd.

however, assuming Gwen Stacy survives the first film, she must die in the second!!! this is a huge must!!! this would be the equivilent of rachel dawes dying in The Dark Knight. And in order to get this death just right, Norman Osbourn and the Green Goblin must have a significant role in the second film. This will shape the character of peter with great emotional toll and will show a side of peter we havent seen yet (continuously losing those he loves) and we the audience will get to see how peter deals with this. Its great drama and perfect for a good story. Its so good that i can almost promise that the writers will do this in the sequel.

Man, I don't know how I'll survive two weeks. thats the hardest. Same thing for when the film is coming out. Its not as hard now, but by the time mid june hits, it will be the worst of it. So waiting for this trailer will be hell.

Has anyone looked at Hulk in Avengers ? I think that Hulk in TIH looked better, at least Lizard looks better than Hulk. (IMO.)

That is true! I was just thinking that I'll probably actually sit down and watch commercials to get the tv spots for TASM. I'm so excited for the marketing train to get running
