Last time I checked, the name of the Vision was VICTOR SHADE!!!!!

He gives himself the name Victor after he becomes Vision. ('Victor Shade'? ... clearly a fake name) There's a heck of a lot of paperwork when it comes to bringing someone back from the dead, trust me, but creating a new identity is easy. Besides I clearly remember the first three words of my post reading "just for fun".

Cap was thawed a few months before Avengers takes place not sure can't remember how long right now but certain it wasn't a week.

I said Cap's unfreezing took place in the same week as the events in Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, and Thor. All of which took place a few months(or whatever) before the Avengers.
