This is such an intense scene. Possibly my favourite from DeVito's Penguin.

From being kind to his 'babies' upon arriving via the duck, to absolutely exploding with rage and killing the clown goon. Great performance.

But i watched Batman Returns late last night with Kevin Smiths commentary at the same time, and well, not only was i dying of laughter but everything him and Marc Bernardin were saying was like they took every thought i ever had about this movie straight out of my mind, and just delivered it with five-times the humor.

Whether you love or hate this movie, if you like Kevin Smith, you'll enjoy listening to his commentary. I think he did the same with the other Burton/Shumacher movies in full.

The best suiting up sequence from the Bat-films. I only wish he didn't have to squeeze past that bat-suit to get through the door.

Why on earth would he put that there?

And what was so special about that suit, that he has to push the others away? Especially since it seems like they're all the same. Other than the fact that Burton just does it so the fans can see the bat symbol on the chest.

The movie seems to take a lot from the games. One of the main reason the Arkham games are so awesome is because all the easter eggs and references that it has to all the mythology.

Overall I think the suit up scene is good, but the space he has in there looks very small and limited. I still think the opening suit up scene of Batman Forever is the best one.

The Penguin's one looks terrific. Not really impressed with Batman and Catwoman. Maybe it's just the angle. But Penguin's looks much better.
