This book was probably my best catch on eBay.
It's the French edition, which is exactly the same as the original, including the terrible market price...
And I picked it up for $20, including shipping.

Anyway, I'm very surprised it was never reissued. After the Mondo book on the series and the Batman Adventures Omnibus, this would make sense...
Also, scrutinizing internet on everything about that series, I discovered a lot of stuff that could be incorporated in a killer new "augmented edition"...

I got them both too. Managed to wait Amazon out long enough for the first to drop down to 50% off, then used a birthday gift card on the Batman & Robin omni.

Barely have room to put them anywhere, but well worth it.

What's the deal with these Target exclusives?

It's the same with the McFarlane Toys line for BTAS. Impossible to get them outside the USA, except through the resale market or things like Ali Express (with a gamble on how things are packed, sometimes just in a bag...) and usually at higher prices...

Depressing for a whiny fan like me!

It just occurred to me how crazy it was that Bane popped up on this show only like a year after he was introduced in the comics.

I definitely would not put Bane in the A-Tier. That episode created the stereotype of the character being a glorified luchador hitman whose motivation for fighting Batman is a paycheck.

Yeah, while I appreciate the producers adding him to the mix, Bane can't truly fulfill his potential as a rogue if he can't go thru with the one thing he was created to do.
