Hell nah! I follow Boxingscene.com and one of the guys "took one for the team" and watched it and told us about it. He was pretty graphic. No way in hell would I want that in my head. I can honestly say I haven't willingly seen gay pawn. Someone even brought up Mack's Twitter page that has a lot of gay stuff on it. There's no way dude was drugged. Dude is just bi and ashamed. The thing is, dude has a fiancee and like 10 kids. He's exposing her to all kind of diseases. From my understanding, those dudes was hitting him raw.

Yeah I saw that thread. I didn't even want to look at his twitter, and the blurred out images of Mack and the other two dudes. :yuk:

Ward is moving up to Light Heavyweight.

Andre Ward has taken the first step towards a 2016 showdown with Sergey Kovalev after it was announced he would make his light-heavyweight debut in Las Vegas on November 21.

The WBA (Super) and WBC super-middleweight champion moves up to 175lbs to face an as-yet unnamed opponent in the co-feature at The Mandalay Bay, alongside Miguel Cotto's WBC middleweight title bout with Saul Alvarez.

I thought Ward already had a fight lined up against a Super Middleweight.

Fight literally got cancelled for being BS. It was such a weak fight, I don't believe the sanctioning body would let it go through.

Take care of business? I got Kovalev, easily.

Really? I certainly don't think it would be easy, but I'm on the complete opposite side of the fence anyway. Again, I think Ward has too many tools he can go to, I envision a relatively "boring" (for Kovalev fans anyhow) UD.

I would have seen it even before the Hopkins fight. It isn't that Kovalev beat Hopkins, it is how he did it. He can cut off the ring and create distance. He has the boxing fundamentals and the power. He is also quite a bit bigger. GGG and Kovalev are underrated technicians because of their overwhelming power.

Yeah Dan Rafael reported there was a strong chance of that happening a few weeks ago. He might as well go up there and take care of business, I don't foresee a GGG fight happening anytime soon.
That GGG/Ward fight is going to happen but not for another year or two. This is HBO building the fight up. If you go to any boxing sight, these two are constantly being brought up to fight each other. GGG is being pushed and has his followers, even casual fans while diehards seem to like Ward. It's clear that GGG is more popular at the moment and because Ward's name is constantly being mentioned to fight him, Ward is getting disdain from fans, like Mayweather. He doesn't even have the Mayweather persona but is feeling it. Even going up in weight, he still hears GGG's name being thrown at him.

I think Ward wins by decision not saying easily but Ward seems to be the new Mayweather. Not trying to discredit Kovalev for beating Hopkins but the only fight that Hopkins had a high output was against Pascal. He doesn't throw a lot of punches and that wasn't going to work against Kovalev. Ward throws a lot more than Hopkins and has been in with heavy hitters. I think Kovalev beats everyone easily except Ward, even Stevenson. Speaking of Stevenson, dude's career has seemed to have died. Him taking these constant "tune up" fights have killed his career.

Kovalev/Ward is a hard fight to predict imo. It's going to be one of those fights where afterwards, the fans of the winner are going to say, "I told you; that's exactly how I knew it would happen."

Who has Ward fought that hits anywhere near as hard as Sergey? Andre Ward is great, but I also think there is a reason he has been dreading moving up. There were no fights at 168 for the longest time, and he still wouldn't budge. He is basically being forced here.

I actually think he was "dreading" moving up for the same reason, outside of Kovalev & maybe Stevenson/Pascal, there's nobody to fight there either. And just judging history, it's harder for a boxer to come back down, so there's an added advantage if or when GGG decides he wants that fight.

Amir Khan vs Manny Pacquiao is an almost done deal on April in Vegas.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/bo...l-fight-Manny-Pacquiao-April-9-Las-Vegas.html

If Khan can manage to stay poised and box Manny as opposed to fighting him, he'll win IMO. He would undoubtedly be the fastest guy Manny's ever fought. Regardless of whatever sparring they did in the past, Khan's a better boxer at this point in their careers.

Amir Khan has re tweeted an article about him agreeing to fight Pacman.

I hope it's true but I just find it hard to believe that Arum would work with Haymon at this point. Plus Arum tends to keep things in house. But then again, his stable is kind of thin right now. I honestly hope it's true because I would love for the cold war to end and all these guys start to work together. This crap is killing boxing. I'd love to see a prime Broner vs Crawford or Thurman vs a Marques but these politics in boxing is crazy!

I think Manny still has more than enough in the tank to make Khan look stupid.

Nah, Manny is distracted. Plus Khan holds A LOT! I wouldn't be surprised if Khan snuck in a win. Wouldn't bet on it though.

Shows you that Manny soundly beating Bradley twice, no matter what the judges said, wasn't some little thing.

I've always thought those wins were very good, especially since Manny was past his prime in both.

I didn't mean you. Just talking about general sentiment. People like to down play those victories. Heck, I probably have in the past.

I can't believe Bradley stopped Rios.

I can't either. Rios is known to be a walking punching bag and Bradley has no power at all so him being stopped was shocking. I also find it crazy that Rios weighed in at 147 but on fight night was 170! WTF is up with these weights? There really should be a re hydration clause in these fights.

Rios lost before he ever stepped into the ring when he came in out of shape. He was reduced to having to land a lucky punch in order to win. As soon as Bradley decided to go to the body the stoppage came.
