Oh, and there's Aquaman of course, who has a varying degree of mind powers over anything that evolved from marine life.

EDIT: J'onn on the heroes' side is the most powerful, definitely. Dr. Psycho has claimed to be his match on at least one occasion, though; in Psycho's very first post-Crisis appearance, he mind-controlled one of Wonder Woman's gods. That's pretty far-out.
