True. And...in theory, at least...the periodic table as we know it would only expand as new planets unveiled new elements to us. Like ice-cream.
Well, as elements are defined by how many protons are in an atom, scientists on Earth have been adding protons to atoms in labs and seeing what comes out. The higher the amount of protons are added, the more unstable an atom becomes. So therefore, all planets around the universe would run on the same amount of useable elements, give or take.
And as for Krypton, the noble gas, noble gases don't change shape of form. They're already completely stable and don't ask for more neutrons or electrons.
