Cool story, Kurt

Something I noticed recently is that the action in the trilogy always felt like it was pushing visual effects forward, that's why I think the action in the trilogy is probably the best in the genre with The Avengers and TWS being on the same level. It makes me think of what Raimi would be able to do now that everything is possible with visual effects.
One of the leaked emails from Sony revealed Amy Pascal saying the first two Raimi Spidey movies are the bench mark, and SM-3 is better than both of the TASM movies.
I have new respect for her.

Anyone remember that scene in the first film where he was fighting crime and taking pictures of himself. I loved that scene. Can never find it on the internet though
Bookmarked and Downloaded. Are you referring to the scene with Spider-Man taking on those thieves robbing the armored car?
Here it is. Sorry about the poor quality.

I've always loved this scene. Spidey's movements or choreography rather is just awesome--exactly how I would picture him moving while reading the comics.

Today the 1st film came out 13 years ago. Isn't that nuts?
Here's an article from Collider reminiscing on its importance.
That actually depresses me. I miss Sam,Tobey and Kirsten alot and its so hard to believe that it's been that long since the first film. Hell,it's been 8 years since Spider-man 3 came out! The great memories I have from all 3 movies are still fresh in my mind.
It's also staggering to see how far we've come. Since that first film opened the flood gates we've seen Captain America,Iron Man,the Avengers,Thor,Green Lantern,Watchmen,Ghost Rider and countless X-men films. As well as reboots on Spidey himself, the Hulk,Batman,Superman and the Fantastic Four.
It's difficult to image a time when comic book/superhero movies didn't dominate the screen.
