I don't think Lex being more musclebound will pose anymore of a threat to Superman. Thats not what the character is about. Its Mindpower.
I agree, however, I think they should still stick with Spacey, he makes a sinister villain...however, I do think that Michael Rosenbaum makes a wicked awsome Lex Luthor!I'd go with something close to TAS & "Smallville" approach by making him be in shape & know different forms of fighting.
As I have said, this has happened before. Yes. They signed him to devlop only to see if he could get them a better film. He gave them two pitches, and despite what people will say, the WB obviously didn't like either or there would be movement. He was only paid a smaller fee to develop. When they greelight the pic, then he gets another much larger paycheck and the points come into play. But his contract is a sort of pay or play thing. If he is fired, they still have to pay his initial fee as though he did direct the film anyway. If he leaves on his own, then they don't have to pay him further on the project.so they signed him, but will let him walk and pay him?? i dont think so, wb getting their own writers is their way of gaininng some control back. I want singer to stay, i mean look at those directors they got for GL and Flash, they are absolute hacks compared to singer

They only pay him if the movie gets made. This is not a Tim Burton/Nick Cage 'pay for play' situation where they get paid no matter what. It's a standard contract that most actors or directors have that are involved in potential franchises.
It's dead Jim, get over it.
Thats just too badd....I agree. Singer's Superman is no more and thank god.
It's an obviously Warner Bros is keeping secret from us. That's just my guess.
