What do you guys think of Green Lanterns as a whole being explored on HBO and not the big screen. I like the idea especially if DCU movie characters make cameos. Would love to see Lobo, Superman, Supergirl, Hawkgirl,ect show up in the new Green Lantern world.

We know Gardner is in Lanterns so they aren’t afraid to do it already. Grillo will have been in 3 projects by this time next year, across a film and 2 shows. Sgt. Rock, Clayface, etc.

Those aren’t Superman or Batman, but they’ve only just started so we’ll see. Gunn said Batman could pop up elsewhere too. I’d guess Clayface.

lmao one of the comments I saw on Reddit (paraphrased):
"WHAT?! THAT'S IT? NO COSTUMES?! GUNN IS TRYING TO SINK THE BRAND!!"

It's funny because my reaction was the opposite. Seeing them in some dusty a** clothes perfectly relayed the tone they've been discussing.
