Yeah... but I kinda agree Greene has a weird looking nose. And I know that probably sounds like typical fanboy-criticsm but there shouldn't be anything about them distracting.

Her nose might be natural but it looks like she's had something done to it to have that pinched-in look.

I was thinking the same, looks like she had a nose job (if it's her real nose, I'm sorry). It's the thing that bothers me about her look, because it is kinda Michael-Jackson-like and don't make her look very natural...and Lois Lane shouldn't look like plastic surgery.

I can see them go after the three main actors, but Greene only had a supporting role and isn't very well known outside the twilight fanbase.

All the actresses casted in superheroes movies were looking for an improvement on their careers, if you look at them, they were new promising actresses looking for a success or an experient actress trying a comeback. They needed it.

An established actress, who had worked in big movies and is a top A-list will hardly take a role like that, I think the exception is only Natalie Portman, who accept to work in Thor just because she wanted to work with the director.

That's why I think Olivia Wilde and McAdams won't be in this movie, they don't need it to improve their careers.

But we never know...

She's had a nonetheless major role in the Twilight films. Alice is arguably the second-most female character to Bella as far as relevance goes; and given the exposure of Twilight over time, I'd say Greene is relatively known.

that's why she's viable.
look at tom hardy, he's part of something big(recently) without being tied down by it. It makes him recognizable whilst still being cheap and not typecast.
which is why (among other reasons) kstew isn't an option.

like when they cast lautner in something right now, he's bringing alot of fans with him.
all I'm saying is WB could be making this move and getting that trusty 3 picture contract ready.

Considering the type of movies Olivia Wilde has agreed to be in, I can't see her turning down this movie for anything other than she wants to do a different type of movie as opposed to action/sci fi/geek movies. But even with that reasoning, she seems to be doing them along with non action/sci fi/geek movies, so I really don't see her turning it down.

Hell, she is the best female character acting wise in Twilight. Is it because Twilight that you all hate? SO I guess you all hate Blake Lively in GL than?

Rebecca is fugly, that is clear cut, you can't deny that, she isn't beautiful/hot, just okay looking (like a horse)

If it came down to Wilde or Greene, I can't see WB going with Greene. Wilde has a bigger name, better acting, as well as the looks. Wilde is also closer to Cavill's age.

so the video is showing what, i don't see any bad acting, all i see is crappy movie. I think what Greene needs is a role like Lois Lane, not an experienced actress for Lois Lane, especially young enough for Cavill

See if director was actually civil about discussing Greene I would respond to him, but he's just too obsessed with her to listen to any reason or anything negative about her.

So you say she's a better actress than Kristin Steward? lol, that doesn't mean alot
And there are more reasons:
- little acting experience
- she hasn't played any adult/ mature roles
- looks too young & soft
- don't has the natural looks I would like for Lois

btw: Blake Lively was good in The Town, but her acting in the Green Lantern trailer looks weak.

Ya it's bad. But to her credit, the movie is 2 years old and I have no doubt she has gotten better. I just don't think she has improved to the point where she can play the lead in a movie without exposing her flaws. Hopefully she can do some stuff outside Twilight to show her range.
