Ageism in hollywood...the worst fate to endure for any actor at 30.

I don't find McAdams like-able at all. I hope she is a victim of Hollywood ageism for this movie.

That's exactly one of the qualities I saw in Stroup actually... she's got kind of an annoying character, but she somehow makes her likeable at the same time.

See, I've never found her remotely likable or even all that convincing.

No but Stewart was approached. It shows what kind of age range they are looking for. I'm guessing around the early to mid 20's. My guess is that Snyder will go with a 20'ish credible actress.

Who knows, publicists/studios often give the reporters "rules" before the interview. "No other casting questions" could have been one of those rules this time for all we know.

Please no to Cornish. Just because she worked with Zack Snyder on one movie doesn't mean she instantly qualifies for Lois or has a better chance. I hope it's being cast as a thing called a seperate project.
Plus I'm glad people see she's not attractive enough. Any woman who can look like that. Make-up or no make-up, isn't good enough. She's more plain than Bosworth.

I wish people would stop suggesting Anna Kendrick too. Or any other of these young actresses from Twilight. Lois needs to be late 20's and look and come across as mature.

Cornish is plenty attractive enough. I'd be more worried about her resume. And we don't know how old Lois needs to be cause none of us have read the script. A Lois in her early 20's is fine for an origin film.
