Greene is a bad actress, but she does kind of look like Lois. Rodriguez is as far away from Lois Lane as you can get.

I know. But I just don't think I could handle signing onto these boards, finding out Greene was cast, and seeing a certain someone gloating like guy who just got laid for the first time.

I literally laughed out loud at the michelle rodriguez suggestion. That's a first.

You mean you don't want a Lois that could knock Superman out and then blow his head off with a .357 Magnum and a Kryptonite bullet?

Bledel is beautiful and her eyes are amazing. She's a good actress to boot, but I dont like her for Lois. Besides Wilde or McAdams whom I'd be fine with either I'd like to see Kate Mara test, and Emmy Rossum or maybe even Michelle Williams test

Williams? I dont see it.

Just trying to throw a new name into this mix. She doesn't really have the look but she is a very good actress.

She might make a better Wonder Woman, though.

I saw Suckerpunch last night (advance screening) and if Abbie Cornish is Lois, I'll be down for that. There were many moments where I thought her to be very Lois-y. And I started to get excited that she might get to play Lois in MOS. And most of all, she showed alot of conviction in Suckerpunch which I like for Lois.

Rodriguez is the worst choice EVER. It's not even close. Page is a bad pick, but not as bad as Rodriguez, who's name came up in an older thread.

I actually think Page would be great if she was older.

You know who would be an awesome Lois Lane?

[blackout]Christian Bale[/blackout]

Just imagine it.

As if that would affect her height or way she looks.

Oh yeah, and that annoying voice of hers.

Fair enough, but do you honestly see her as Lois? She'd look like a female Jimmy.

Dont misunderstand me, i'm not trying to be mean or anything, she's really cute and talented, but i dont think she's right for the role.

I think Ellen Page is akin to actors like James Stewart and Adam Sandler, in that she has a persona people like. You know you're gonna get the same Page shtick, but you enjoy it because you like Ellen Page. You can try to dress her up and call her Lois Lane, but it will still just be the same 'ol Ellen.

I really think you need to watch a few more of her movies. People perceive Ellen as "Juno" but I would highly recommend watching her in films like Peacock and An American Crime before you make that assessment. She can be a lot more subtle and vulnerable than people think.

That being said, she shouldn't be cast as Lois. She's too young-looking.

I'll have to check those out.

^ I wonder if her Dad ever gets sick of people asking him if he wrote 'Broken Wings'.

Whose the father? As for Mr. Mister Pat Mastelloto is one amazing drummer!!!

I actually think she'd be more suited to Lois. Missy can really bring the kind of spunk and attitude that Lois should have. Damn shame she won't get a look in, she's possibly one of the most underrated actresses of her age group. :(

Granted, I've only seen her in a short youtube clip, but I liked her. I hope Snyder takes a look at her.

I think that, like most of the USA characters, she's fun to watch on Fairly Legal. Here's a clip of her and Michael Trucco, who some liked for the role of Superman.

Carla Gugino is the only person I think he's ever used in two different films. I guess he could pull a Nolan.
