Thats like, the third time that the Scorpian has had a costume change/revamp (not really though) in the past sixth months...The first was in She Hulk (not really a revamp, morel ike a costume change), The second is in Marvel Knights spider-man, where
Gargan bonds with the Symbiote
, and now this....

What? You don't like her skateboard? :p

that sort of **** is from gawd awefully old, out of touch writers, desoerately trying to remain relevant to to a generation that serves them their spit-in-starbucks in the morning mocha crapacino

the new Scorpion has to be the worst idea in comics! Venom should have stayed as Eddie Brock, plain and simple. and for the record Spider-man owns Dock ock every time!!!

I'm just totally not into this title. I picked up the first two issue and I don't think I'll pick this one up. The art's too static for me and I'm just not interested in the story.
Agreed.

I just read the preview and it's so contrived it makes me ill.

And can't Tom Cruise sue for copying his likeness?

Dialogue is bad and I think the art is worse. Ugh.

When did issue #12 come out? I guess I missed it.

It didn't. It should be out next week.

I've liked it so far but I must say Ellis' usual slow pacing doesn't work here as well as it does on Planetary for example, where he usually gives a complete story in a single issue.

You know at first I was enjoying the NA #4 cover's ass-cleavage, but Jessica Drew's gigantic man-hands pretty much ruined it for me.

I'll probably stick with it a little longer, but I agree about the art. (I didn't look at the preview, but I'm sure it's more of the same.) The story is alright, enough to keep me for a while I guess. They're really not helping matters with the publishing schedule.

I barely even remember what's going on in Iron Man anymore. What has it been, like 2 months since the last issue? I'm not all that interested in the story and, while I do like the art, I don't really think I can justify buying the comic just for that. It's funny too, because I loved Iron Man in the old Avengers but I've never been able to stick with any run of his solo series for more than a few issues.

I think it's been 3 months, at least that's what they told us a little while back.

I used to love Iron Man. I've got probably 250 issues of his old series, but since Heroes Reborn (which was years ago) I've just barely had any interest in him. And nowadays I have almost no interest in him.

I read bits and pieces of the old series. Iron Man is the comic that introduced me to my lifelong love of John Romita, Jr. Then I liked what parts I have of the War Machine/modular armor times. Post-Heroes Return, I liked the idea of the sentient armor, although I haven't actually read more than a couple of issues from it.

Yeah, the sentient armor storyline was pretty good. I remember picking that up.

Man... I don't want to click the link to MKSM #12...

:(

I'm just happy we get a new writer, haven't liked this story at all.

I gave into temptation a little bit. Clicked on the MK SM # 12 link. I just HAD to check out that last preview page...can't wait until next week to see where this all heads to. :)
