thanks guys!

I found the setting and turned auto renewal off.

so, does each month offer a new set of free games for +?

and do the new games replace the old offerings?

is Resogun still free?

Every month there is 1 PS4 game, 2-3 PS3 games, and 1-2 Vita games added to the Instant collection. The numbers are not set in stone.

The previous games get removed after X amount of time, some right as the month ends but some stick around for awhile. Tomorrow Mecernary Kings (PS4) and Batman Arkham City (PS3) are added, Borderlands 2 is removed on 4/8. As of today, the North American IGC is:
PS4
Resogun
Dead Nation

PS3
Thomas Was Alone
Lone Survivor
Tomb Raider
Remember Me
Payday 2
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons
Bioshock: Infinite
Dyad
Borderlands 2
Uncharted 3
Little Big Planet: Karting
XCOM: Enemy Unknown

Vita
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite
Unit 13
Street Fighter X Tekken
Uncharted: Golden Abyss
Gravity Rush
Wipeout
Resogun is still free.

You should go onto the SEN website and "buy" all of the free games, even if you currently do not have a PS3 or a Vita. The free games are permanently tied to your account after your buy them, so there is no reason not to. Keep in mind that once your PS+ subscription ends, you will not be able to play the free games you have downloaded until you start your subscription again.

hey, thanks!!

oh, and since the free games I "purchase" are tied to my PSN account, if I ever delete them to free up space on my hd, I can always redownload them again and play them as long as I'm a + subscriber?

oh, and is there any way on the PS3/PS4 UI to check how long I have left for my PS+ sub? instead of having to go to accounts and dig around there?

oh, and another question about the free + games.

are the save files for those free games considered separate from the retail version?

for example, say, while I'm a + member, I download Borderlands 2. I try it out and like it.

When my + sub ends, I don't want to renew. but I want to continue playing Borderlands 2. So I go out and buy the retail copy, then delete the downloaded version to free up space.

Would my saves from the downloaded version carry over when I play the retail version?

You'll have to do a google search on that. Generally speaking the save files are the same but some games use different ones when going from physical to digital as well as standard editions to GoTY. I learned this the hard way :(

My Borderlands 2 save data worked between the disc version I had and the PS+ version. It could be different if the disc version is the GOTY one, I'm not sure, but standard to standard worked fine.

Yes, they act like purchases in your purchase/download history. You just go into your download list and re-download it. I don't know what happens if you are currently un-subscribed and you try to re-download a PS+ game, but I know that if it is currently on your system you get an error saying you can't open it without one.

You can go to Settings>PSN. It's in there somewhere, a Services menu. That will list the end date. You can also look at the Information for any PS+ game and they should list their end date too.

This is probably a hugely dumb question but..Do digital content purchases go across all account or per account?

Like let's say I buy upgrades/DLC for some of the F2P games,Does that only go to my account or does my wife automatically gets them too on her account?

I'm quite sure it goes to all accounts of the console.

Alright cool

What is everyone's favorite PS4 game(outside of arcade and f2p)so far?,I have Killzone and Lego Marvel but might trade them in soon,Killzone's MP is fun but I suck at shooters most of the time and Lego Marvel is great but just not my type of game.

I want Infamous but something about it seems off and may not hold my interest like the first two games after a while for some reason,I'm thinking about just getting AC IV

I was checking out live streams on Playstation Live and found myself more entertained and wanting to play AC IV after watching AC and Infamous streams back to back

Mercenary Kings might be my favorite PS4 game. It's my favorite game of the year so far at least.

Despite its length, infamous is my favorite game. AC is starting to get stale for me.

Infamous lasting strength will be in its DLC. Stuff like what they are doing with Paper Trails was already incorporated into Infamous 2, but with SS, its all the same repetitive side activities with no real side missions outside of that and Cole's Legacy (if you got the LE). I hope SP is able to gives a stream of content and I'll even take some paid ones.

Yeah, inFamous is short (like really short) but it's fun as hell to play. I'm working through my Evil/Expert playthrough right now.

Infamous is so fun to play. you really get the feeling of a powerful hero, and wandering in the city is amazing. Just for the sake of how incredible it looks, I would say it's my favorite so far.

I actually didn't care for Seattle at all. Empire City and New Marais were, IMHO.. Much better.

IA. To me, it feels as if they spent too much time making Seattle accurate, that the actual content in there took a backseat. There was just so much more to do in New Marais and the variety in the mission types were a testament to that.

Has Sucker Punch said if they are going to release any more DLC besides the Cole's Legacy? I mean, I know about the Paper Trail, but I don't really consider that DLC.

Empire City had no soul at all to me. It was a boring city. On the other hand, I really like Seattle.

Sony should bring MediEvil back:

Yeah, that needs to happen. I think people have been beating that drum for quite sometime.

Yes please, I still play it to this day. Never got around to getting the sequel. Sir Dan was in All Stars so I think Sony still recognizes the games. I think the original develops make Killzone now. I think?
