Baneful, I appreciate your standing up for me.

and yes, I did ask if I my behavior was that annoying, and Tron and Soapy gave their honest answers. While I don't agree fully, I respect their opinions and I've said I will tone it down ( which I've already done ), because I, too, don't want to make the Hype an unpleasant experience for others.

Although I do agree with Baneful and Marvolo. we need to be less bothered by what other posters talk about it here.

Lots of stuff gets discussed here on the Hype and posters have a right to express their opinions on the subjects. some are more passionate/vocal about it than others. But if you see a post that's discussing something that's not that important to you or that doesn't interest you, just skim it and skip it. don't take part in that conversation. but don't "call out" the other posters for talking about that subject. these are "general purpose" threads, where you're supposed to talk about anything PS4 ( or X1 or whatever ) related.

don't get annoyed at other people getting annoyed or frustrated. just.......let it go. ignore it. and move on with your own conversation.

and with that being said, I've moved on from this.........so guys, let's drop this issue......and let it go.

Again, complaining is one thing, excessively doing so over and over again is another. And what you and others who want to 'call out tha haters' seemed to have missed is that X Knight specifically asked if his behavior about this stuff was being annoying, and he got an honest answer from me and Soapy. Others weren't bothered, though they choose to express that like you did, by trying to tear down one's view to solidify another.

And no one was being insulted as far as I could tell either, so I don't know what the point of any of that second paragraph is suppose to be.

even if it is excessive complain how does it actually affect you and your posting in a thread? it's like marvolo said if there's a post made not pertaining to what you wanted to say in your next post it's that easy to move on. X noticed the distress in this thread and he didn't realize there was some and obviously he doesn't want that so to make things better for others he asked about his posts.

and the latter part of my post was just a reference to how some posters who have disagreed with me decided to make it personal for whatever reason. not that that's happened here, or recently since i've been out for a while, but just saying. it does happen.

I've asked this before but never got an actual answer,Are digital titles truly in the hard drive or are they tied with accounts? Like if I sold my console and deleted my account then would my digital games remain in it if I keep all saves would everything be wiped out once I delete all accounts with a new one not being made until a few days or something?

Both. It's tied to your account, but you have to download it to your hard drive to play it.

The saves would be tied to your hard drive as well.

Deleting your account wouldn't affect that, but the game can't be played without logging in.

So if you sold someone your console without your account, they would just have a hard drive full of big useless files.

EDIT: Eh, X Knight is right. I think it's better to let it go, unsubscribing is the best thing to do to just practice what I preach, I guess.

exactly. like I said, for those of us in this thread who are owners of a Ps4, the point is to talk about our experiences. if they're pleasant we say what's good and if everyday we are annoyed, we should be allowed to vent because of the 4 blocks we dropped on this machine that ain't doing what was promised.

the sad thing is......they have such a huge lead in sales, they can afford to sit on their hands and do nothing.

I want the X1 to do great this Holiday in part because hopefully that will wake Sony up and they will get on top of things.

look at what competition and being behind did to MS and the X1.

i think spiderman and playstation are the only things they're making money off of. they ain't making as much money of spidey as they'd like to and the momentum of the Ps4 can only last for so long.

I'm keeping the X1 this time, I promise.

but yeah, when you compare the price/bundles/games and overall value offered, the X1 is the clear winner this holiday season.

I'm surprised Sony didn't release some kind of big exclusive ( other than LBP3 ) this holiday season.

The Order was supposed to come out soon, but it got delayed. The super early 2015 release of Bloodborne also kind of makes me think that it was probably supposed to come out this year too. Oh well.

Yeah, Batman was supposed to come out like last month. Battlefield: Hardline, The Order, Evolve, The Witcher 3, Dying Light, and The Division were all supposed to come out this year as well, and those are just off the top of my head.

wow! yeah, those were some big names.

I think it's actually better those got delayed till next year. cuz there's plenty coming out right now. it would have been WAY too crowded with all those other games.
