I have a question. What level mutant is Rogue?
I mean before when she had her regular absorbtion power.

I also want to know what level mutant she is now because I think Sunfire is an Alpha level mutant if I'm correct.

The reason I ask this is because my best friend likes Storm and he says Storm can easily beat Rogue. I do not agree with him.
I think Rogue can stand a chance at killing Storm. He says I have no proof.

when rouge absorbs permenatly, she takes on powers, not levels or motor control. like in the omega thread, rouge cant absorb potenial that an individual has to transcend even if she can take personas, traits,etc. as for the storm vs rouge thing, im a storm fan bigtime but rouge has a chance in fighting her but we have to look in the past events on how their powers work in defense against other powers to decide.

Um. Really. I dont know. And you shouldn't really care because it doesn't make a difference. 'Mutant levels' are something taken seriously by fans and not really by the writers

i dont. cuz if she does, then the pesronality comes back. but maybe marvel want to do something important for rouge like lead an x-men team. she has potenial

rogue is already the leader of her team.

mike carey commented that rogue would have the sunfire powers at first and that something else would then happen. chris doesnt draw her with flames when she flies and she hasnt really used the solar power in a while. i think she will loose these pretty soon and gain something to make her a powerhouse again (which is needed on her team)

That's right. He also says something about her absorbing powers being resolved later on. Is that suppost to mean she's gonna finally learn how to control her powers soon? I just hope Carey's not misleading us here.
