She'll be flying when she's phoenix anyway.

I'd rather she not fly... (Unless they got a different wire work depo) The less awkward wire work the better! I don't mind her leaping and being flown out the way with force by holding stuff back with her powers but her hovering I think would look awkward from Halle Berry's track record.
Yes Halle's wire work has been pretty dreadful in this franchise, except it was better in DOFP but I hate her hovering a few feet off the ground. Only way I would want to see Jean fly is if she became Pheonix which I don't think will happen this film.

No way, I'd prefer them to do it than not to. No more nerfing Jean. And if the excuse is that she's young, we all know she'll do more in this than she did in X1.

Not related to the movie but here's the July Solicitation and cover for X-Men '92 #5 :

The good ol'school 90's Scott and Jean, unlike the main universe versions, is possibly the only version of the couple unmarred by horrible writing, editorial mandates etc. With Cable and Sinister thrown into the mix this should feel nostalgic.

She did most of her flying in X3, which she did look pretty odd especially in the danger room the way she was positioned. Magneto in fist class levitating was also odd looking though.

I agree I mean flying through the danger room it literally looked as if she was on a wire. Then how she was positioned it just looked bad, no thank you.

A GQ video, relating to archery (as seen in that Instagram video of Bryan Singer's during production).

I'm really curious as to what the archery is used for and if it shares a connection with her TK.

I guess so seems like a neat way to hone her powers. Thank you I was trying to picture what she would be doing.

A good spot for an Errol Flynn reference where even though Charles or whoever messes with her, she can use her powers to still land a bullseye.

I love Sophie's personality so much. I want to be best friends with her.

I am much more interested in finding out what's happening in this scene. Is Jean is the one disintegrating things behind her or is it Apocalypse. Is [BLACKOUT]this the moment when she is battling Professor in astral plane while he is possessed by Apocalypse.[/BLACKOUT]

Since Storm is a villian, I hope we get to see her and Jubilee as friends here. It'll be good to see her have at least one close female friendship although these are two characters that have rarely had much to do with each other outside of this film

The background looks interesting. I wonder what is happening there.

So does she not have power signature in this? Psylocke gets the lilac power signature when she uses her TK. Does Jean not get any? I was hoping so bc it always made for cool visual in the books
