Steve and Infamous_Emijayne think that they only way WB can make a reboot before they lose the rights in 2013 is to film a trilogy back to back to back. The deal sounds awesome and smart, but I don't think that WB has that much faith in Superman to make three big budget Superman films at the same time.

I don't want a reboot. Forget it. The sequel is still a go.

And who the hell is Steve?

What deal?

The deal is WB would be saving a lot of money in the long run and making a lot of money very quickly. Better yet, go over to SaveSuperman.com and you'll see what I mean. Also, they say that very big news is coming that's going to make WB take notice and cause Bryan Singer to panic.

I have no idea Show. I don't think so. But Infamous_Emijayne is convinced that WB will listen to the pitch and read the scripts. Basically, both her and Steve plan to stop the sequel to Superman Returns from happening. It would be hard to get rid of Singer. I don't think that he would just simply quit and walk away.

never even heard of this site... is this true:

  • Approved Budget: $184.5mil
  • Actual Cost: $232mil
  • Previous Pay or Play Expenses: $40mil
  • Advertising Cost: $41mil
  • Total Cost: $313mil
  • Tax Rebate: $23mil
  • Domestic Box Office: $200.1mil
  • International Box Office: $191mil
  • Theater Take: $184.2mil
  • Cable TV Rights: $22mil
  • DVD Sales/Rentals : $81.4mil
  • Merchandising Sales: $60mil
  • Total Return: $393.3mil

Well, their reboot idea does sound very cool but I'll take whatever Superman movies that I can get. And Steve is Infamous_Emijayne's husband. He runs the SaveSuperman.com website.

Well I wish them luck with the reboot, but we're talking about Superman: Man of Steel here not fan scripts.

So they don't have actual Hollywood screenwriters Show? They're all just fanboys? Well in that case, WB is not going to listen to a pitch done by fanboys. Wow, Emijayne and Steve really are desperate for a sequel not to happen.

I have no idea who or what they have, but WB already came out and said we thought about a reboot, but we decided not to do it. It was in Variety I believe.

Yeah, I figured that Show. The funny thing is Emijayne said at first that WB was not going to do a reboot because it would be a waste of time since they lose the rights to Superman in 2013. So they decided to go forward with a sequel to Superman Returns with the Doomsday pitch. Now she is saying that she never said that or that I misunderstood her, and that WB hasn't made a decision on a sequel or reboot. She is very inconsistent with her info. Even Jett said that she is full of ****, ha ha.

Well I can't really comment on websites I don't go to or about people I don't know.

IMHO, I doubt their little fan script will even get a look. It's not impossible mind you, but I wouldnt bet on it.

I thought they had "real" writers, not fanboys writing the scripts. Because in that case, WB is not even going to bother.

Let me guess: The Incredible Hulk?

***

And, you say she and her husband want to pull off a LOTR with Superman by filming an entire trilogy at once? And WB will fire Singer and pay him 10 million so they can make Emi and Steve's trilogy

They are cuckoo.

I agree, they are cuckoo. They are just so desperate and exaggerate on the possibility of a sequel to Superman Returns not happening. Get this, some of them think that Superman 4: The Quest For Peace was better than Superman Returns.

I have no idea what this so called big news is. Steve won't say yet.

Actually, it's Steve and some writers writing the scripts. They even say that they have a CGI artist doing a model of Doomsday so they'll know what he'll look like in live action, or something like that.

One more thing, they say that each movie will/should cost about 150 million. That close to about over 400 million.

No to Doomsday for the sequel.

YES TO BRAINAIC FOR THE SEQUEL!

No, I meant that they're doing a model of Doomsday for the second movie in their reboot trilogy. Although Steve is saying that the last he heard Bryan Singer was doing something with Doomsday for the sequel. But what Steve and the writers have in their trilogy villain wise is the following: Lex, Metallo, and Brainiac in the first one, Lex, Doomsday, and Lobo in the second, and Lex and I don't know who else for the third. I think they'll have Darkseid in the third.

Well, all the power to Steve and his posse, but I hope their idea stays in their heads and office. A reboot is not something we need right now. Everyone and their mother knows the story of Superman. Let's just have a great sequel.

They're Welling supporters, too. That's a big thumbs down for me.

Well, I think that Brandon Routh and Tom Welling do a good job as Superman.
