your guess is as good as mine...I would like for the trunks to be there but if they aren't it's certainly NOT going to ruin the movie for me like it will some people...

I wanted trunks all along, but I don't want to have any negativity towards this movie, so I'm taking the no trunks in stride, because other than that it's such a great suit. Almost what everyone was talking about for months "the classic suit with new materials". I just think so much blue looks weird unbroken by red, but I guess I'll have to get used to it.

Also... do you have a bigger version of your avvy?

They did that crossover a while ago with George Preze and another time with the Avengers meeting the JL. Why would anyone think it was a fair fight because it's one team against another.

Here's a better, more fair fight. Superman Vs. The Entire Marvel Universe. Maybe Galactus can lay a hand on him once.

Nah. FR would take Supes' powers away in the process. The little tyke bends the limits and laws of time and space; he can basically do whatever he wants.

Both the MU and DU have plenty of characters whose powers/abilities far exceed that of Superman.

Exactly. And Batman's a character who should never be underestimated. If Nolan's version of the character was just as intelligent and skilled as his comic book counterpart, he would make for an even better ally for Superman.

As much as I love Nolan's films, I agree that we've yet to see the definitive live-action Batman film on the big screen. Every director, including Nolan, who has ever attempted to take on the character fails to miss a critical point: Bruce Wayne is a prodigy; he's certainly a man, but, by no means, is he normal. They don't get that though. From their perspective, anyone can be Batman; and that's not true. Bruce Wayne is gifted much like real-life prodigies: Bobby Fischer, Albert Einstein, and Bruce Lee. He, in fact, takes it to the next level (in the comics). Once people realize that any Joe Schmo can't become Batman just like any average person can't be Einstein, then we'll finally have a live-action equivalent to the animated series.

Great fan poster! I remember that the exact same thing was made back in the days of Returns, only with the shield for that movie! They did the same with the fan poster where the shield is displayed in the middle.

However though, I must say that I'm digging THIS superman shield/logo MORE then that of the Returns shield! I think this one is thick and beautiful!"
