That manip along with the poster on the bus stop are two of the best manips I've seen on here. The first looks straight from the studios and the other actually looks like it could be a poster with Supes in front of Krypton on a city billboard.

I think I will definitely make that one my wallpaper. That's one badass Superman. Can't wait to see him kick butt and knock the ish out of Zod and Faora

It's kind of infuriating when all the official stuff fails to even come close to the fanmade stuff. And kind of worrying, too. There are a million things to nitpick in the official pics. Here, given the things we've come to accept about the suit, it all looks pretty much flawless.

Nah, I'm not worried at all. That stuff is pretty much a given these days... official stuff is hardly ever good anymore. The Empire mag cover is pretty great though.

For instance, look at Avengers. Those first character posters weren't good at all, even the theatrical one sheet wasn't that good to me. And yet I loved the movie. Promo stuff isn't always indicative of movie quality.

I wouldn't say there are a "million" things to nitpick about the official pics, but, yes, some of the fanmade images exemplified by djpyro229's work are clearly superior in certain respects. As far as official pics go, I think the best we've seen so far is the one on the cover of Empire.

I edited my last man of steel poster to the new armor of zod and now i changed henrys face.

Looks good...the new face fits. Now if the background wasn't so busy and cluttered, but that's just me. Great work regardless
