Yeah, if his hair allows it. When you watch TASM, there are moments when I swear his mask is going to pop right off of his head like a rubber popper.

I'm already missing the first suit The spider logo on the front and the sneakers on the bottom made it awesome and added some realism. I hope in the movie the texture looks more similar to TASM than Raimi's.

Lines are cool.

Black crotch was for shading purposes, to help understate the area (as you can see in the set photos of TASM2, there is a bulge issue). Artists do this in comics all the time - particularly the more detailed artists.

In the actual film, you don't really see that the crotch is actually colored black.

What was that everyone was saying earlier about people wanting a hot MJ being sexist and it's only males that care about characters being hot in film adaptations?

Just going off the set pic, this suit looks the most ripped straight out of a comic page. It really is Ultimate Spider-Man. I think those bigger white eyes does it. Though I also like the TASM suit, too. But at the end of the day, tweaks here and there aside, they all look like Spider-Man.

Sorry, but I was one of the haters of the suit in TASM. I LOVE that they brought back the more classic, comic book look as oppose to the last film's 'newer' version. And I'm loving the big white eyes! This newest edition to the suit is probably a response to all the criticism the ASM suit received. Overall, I think it looks great!

I actually do like the richer colors of the manip here. That was easily my favorite aspect of the ASM costume. Hope that carries over to the finished film.

Oh God I hate these feet. Who walks on something like that ? Let alone do what Spidey does.

I hope you sneaker-haters are happy. You got your true Spidey costume.

Just thinking about how uncomfortable and impractical those boots are makes my frakking skin crawl.
