Yeah pretty much. I don't think Anne or Scarlett are fat, but their bodies are also not the same. I also kept Scarlett's arms because I'm hoping Anne does look like she can throw a punch or two if need be.
Check out Love and Other drugs, because that's pretty much the body I was aiming for.

Is it? Bat looks different, but the belt looks the same. Guess it may be the same suit.

The suit it's self is perfect. Just give her a memory cape and give her biker chick gloves. Maybe even knee pads and elbow pads. Yes, it sounds ridiculous but it's less hardcore than having 1,000 pads and plates all over your body like Batman. And give her more of a standard military belt rather than a Schumacher strap around the waist.

I think most Batman villains would work in the Nolanverse with some modification. I'd have trouble figuring out how Man-Bat could work, though. I think he may be a no-go. They couldn't do Clayface as a shapeshifter, of course, but they could do him as a scarred mobster like in "Batman: Nine Lives". Croc could have the skin problem. Ventriloquist could be a schizo ... couldn't do it with an actual sentient puppet. I think Freeze and Ivy could be modified enough to fit.

I don't know if it's intentional or not; But that poster is ruined by the length. I don't know if the logo is supposed to be that high up to give the effect of rising or not, but it ruins it for me.
