Honestly, I prefer the mask as it is.

Me too. Trying to alter it to get it closer to the comics is cool and all, but for the movie i prefer what Nolan's going for. It looks better.

I know The Riddler is not going to be in The Dark Knight Rises, but I wanted to do a head study of him, for what I think he would look like in nolan's batman universe.

Aaaah, I was wondering where you ran off to my old friend; I missed you on here. An outstanding piece if I do say so myself; I guess our concept didn't catch Nolan's vision. LOL I have to say this new look is original and menacing though; I'll be looking forward to see what else we'll expect from Hardy soon. t:

And another thing: remember those mask sketches you did awhile back during the cast release, and how I said one would look badass as Firefly and the other similar to one of the Knightfall covers? Ironic how this two ended up looking the closest to the real thing. LMAO

Woot My calls have been answered, but yeah this is a pretty tight drawing. You're right about the legs but its cool, because working on drawing that late changes your perspective at times!
