Trank sounds really smart and for somebody with little experience, he exudes a lot of self-confidence.

That interview sounds really really good. So Trank was really working on this film way back when Chronicle was in post-prod. And he was already working with a composer for almost a year.

The costume, I was a bit meh on it because its not blue. But then it reminded me of Fox's costumes for the X-Men movies.
Trank and Kinberg suggest the running time is over 2 hours - that's an improvement over Fox's attempt to bring the Story movies down under 90 minutes for 'more theater showings'.

I know right, finally a 2-hour Fantastic Four film, I was expecting it would be under 120 mins.

Trailer looks good no doubt. I'm a bit excited now but still very very skeptical and held back. Trailers have fooled me before.

My gut feelingleaves me with very good vibes for film

My guy i should have listned to with iron man 3,star Trek Into Darkness, and
Man of steel.

It sent out warnings to me about Amazing Spider-man 2 not being as good as first film.

My gut told me i would like The Wolverine,Captain America The Winter Soldier,DOFP,and dawn of planet of the apes.I got feelings like them with FF.

This is defently based mainly on ultimate FF and is darker than what people expect from FF.That doesn't mean there won't be any lighter moments in film.Even X-Men films did.DOFP did show any of it's lighter moments till trailer 3.

I really enjoyed the trailer and i love how Ultimate FF this is.

Love it! It just looks so much more expensive than I thought it would be. Cinematography looks ace! And I have to say this is better than the 1st trailer for Days of Future Past!

Man I cannot wait for more!

Very intriguing teaser... I hope this means the cast can talk a little bit about it now, because they are all great actors and have been putting up with **** for too long.

Agreed.It defently doesn't look cheap.

I wonder if it's doom reed is talking to at end of trailer. That's the only non VO dialogue in teaser.

Really really digging the trailer.

It's great. In anticaption i am finally doing what i held off doing renting chronicle from netflex so i can see Josh Trank's previous film.

Remember at one time Simon Kinberg called this cross between Chronicle and the sam Rami Spider-man.

I like that Kinberg and Trank did a video commentary for the trailer. Marketing is officially on!

I knew it... logo, poster, trailer all in the same day! Oh by the way follow @FantasticFour on Twitter, its active now!

Today has seen some intensive rehabilitation for this erstwhile project. A promising trailer, combined with Simon Kinsberg and Josh Trank saying all the right things in interviews... it's definitely gone some way towards righting the ship. If only we'd been getting this stuff rather than the ominous wall of silence while the bad buzz kept on coming in.

If Sue is the most powerful team member, does some cool stuff with her powers and feels like Sue.... Then I will probably watch this (shallow I know, but she is my favourite superhero).

MAYBE - this will be an improvement on the Ultimate Fantastic Four.

Unfortunately, that's nowhere near the Fantastic Four that longtime fans are looking for.

Lots to be positive about with that trailer.

I am pretty positive now that it will be a good movie after seeing that trailer! Looks like Kinberg got another good film under his belt!

Great teaser. Seems to have gravitas and cool sci fi action and drama. It might not be the FF movie in my head, but I admire Trank for sticking to his vision and I hope a great movie comes out of it.

I was expecting the Negative Zone to be cheap looking empty space and the rest of the film to just be set in a cheap looking lab. The production values are better than I expected. Josh Trank does have a way of doing practical effects on a low budget and making them look expensive and OTOY tech doesn't make the Negative Zone look like a PS2 game.

Doom may still look horrible but it looks like a good film.

If the horror elements are on display here, I expect to see the sequels do some really great takes on Annihilus, Terminus and Galactus.

And for the record. This film took the main word that I'd use to describe the Fantastic Four. Wonder. It has a sense of awe to it. As long as it has that sense of wonder, I'm willing to accept it.
