WWE Pulls Undertaker Film into the Ring?

WWE Films cut its teeth on the horror genre with See No Evil, a simple and brutally violent vehicle for Kane to star in and f**k people up. Then there was The Marine. 'Nuff said. Moving on...

The Undertaker may be getting a feature film all his own. Rumblings around various wrestling sites (the PWInsider broke the scoop) say WWE is looking to do a western set in the late 1800s and it will be an origin story.

Given the Undertaker's macabre persona, we're guessin' there will be an element of the supernatural thrown in. That's just a guess. It would be great, too, to get Gregory Dark back in the director's chair. He gave See No Evil and slick look that would work well if applied to a gritty western.

That's just our wishes.

No word yet on how far along WWE's plans are.

I've checked youtube, still nothing. The strange part of it all is that there's three weeks worth of FCW tapings and Kaval isn't there.

I don't think it will be Kid friendly, but it will be PG-13.

If it's not kid friendly, then its gonna be about as violent as Cena's movies were.

Were not gonna get anything like we got in See no evil. No eyes are gonna be plucked out or cell phones shoved down anyone's throats.

Ive read 2-3 interviews with Edge saying he would love to be back for Mania but health-wise it wouldn't be smart

Regarding Vince Russo’s future in TNA, everyone close to the situation is saying that nothing has been decided yet by the company. Russo is under the impression that nothing has changed regarding his status since he feels he’s been doing his job, but there are a number of people who feel his position is in jeopardy. Those same people also feel the Hogan and Bischoff team will establish their own infrastructure and put their own creative people in place, and the duo will be in TNA for the long haul.

If Russo goes, the assumption is that Ed Ferarra will also be out of a job. The only remaining member of the current creative staff would be Matt Conway, who is the youngest member of the staff and is someone Dixie Carter sees as a bright young mind.

Kevin Sullivan has been mentioned as a potential replacement for Vince Russo, as well as Kevin Nash although Nash says he has no interest in the role. Nash is currently working to solidify his acting career for once he finishes wrestling.

Rumors that Hogan and Bischoff negotiated directly with Dixie’s father, Bob Carter, who owns TNA’s parent company Panda Energy, are false. Multiple sources closes to the situation say Dixie was in charge of negotiations, which lasted approximately five months.
