Implemented? You mean as in Batarangs, The Costume, The BatSignal, Etc. Or as in Marketing as such? I would imagine from a marketing standpoint, everything will be very similar to TDK.

Marketing. Like how in Batman Begins the logo was rusted and in TDK the logo was breaking up. Rises will likely follow with it's own take on the logo.

It looks like an original drawing to me. Very nice.

And I wouldn't expect Tom Hardy to be much bigger than he was in Bronson. But that is big enough in my opinion.
