I think this is much more powerful without the tagline "Why do we fall".... it gives the viewer room to interpret what Bruce is thinking/doing... the tagline gives away too much and implies Bruce is failing/falling/contemplating quitting, etc.

I always figured there had to be a damn good reason why Heath was cast in such an iconic role. This was before all of the blind faith in Nolan rhetoric became the norm.

We're not privy to audition tapes or the casting process, so sometimes all we can do is remember that these actors/actresses beat out their competitors for a reason.

Well said. I had my own ideas as to who could be a great Joker and what the Joker should be like in the then-untitled BB sequel. Most of them weren't what we ended up seeing on film, but in the end, THE DARK KNIGHT was far superior to what I had in mind.

You know what, we need a cartoon picture; I have this one idea, if it's up for any requests. It's no biggy, I just thought it would be funny to see:

Pretty much had this idea of Snyder trying to story board for Superman, and he's going off the deep end writing about "His Things" like ultra slow motion scenes with Superman flying, picking up buildings, etc., and having a creative sex scene between Clark and Lois with David Bowie in the background. Anyway, pretty much him attempting but Chris Nolan swatting him in the nose with a newspaper, and training him like the thoughtless dumb dog he is.

totally not true. snyder may lack some substance but he knows how to make stuff look cool. and nolan hand picked him, and if you choose snyder you know exactly what you're getting. and no matter what, it's going to look cool. and if the script is good, it'll be awesome.

I think it's possible for a poster to be released in the summer, but unlikely. a teaser trailer, almost definitely, maybe not a poster though.
