They do that without the costumes appearing in the film. No suit is ever perfect except the Spider-man 2 Sam Raimi movie suit.

Deadpools suit looks like it was taken straight off the pages. And Supes suit looks pretty spot on to the new 52 also. I don't know how a live action suit could look any more perfect.

Agreed. In the shot above it looks incredible. But I remember when I saw it here I thought it looked really weak.

Still love that scene so much. Even when It came out (I was 9) I knew the spidey suit changed from the first to second movies. It looked better to me, The color mostly. And symbol on his back. I hated the one from the first lol

Yeah, I think the Raimi suits are pretty close to perfect as well.

Didn't mean to make this a Spider-man thread. I think between the Raimi suit and the TASM2 suit, it's like tweaks.

Far removed from the jump we've seen in the Superman suits.

Yeah I think the top portion of the Superman suit has been perfected. The belt region just needs to be adjusted. I do hope we see the all black Superman suit again one day.


Honestly I hope JL deals with the Crime Syndicate. Imagine the designs for everyone.

everyone has their own personal tastes in a Superman suit.
i personally prefer a darker but more vibrant blue... closer to a true blue.

i've never liked a light cyan-ish blue on Superman. it looks childish.
that's one thing i didnt like about the Donner suit or the Singer suit

i like the fact that they're using a darker blue in BvS, but i would personally prefer to see both the red and the blue more vibrant, more saturated, because those filters are going to kill the colors of the suit

I do like the dark blue for the Cavill superman suit in both MoS and BvS. But when I once noodled around using Picassa to see what the suit looks like saturated, I actually really dug it in a lighter shade of blue. Ignoring the bloom in the rainy sky of the picture below, I still thought it was cool seeing the suit in a warmer shade of saturated blue:
