I like the art in the second pic. Are there any X-men comics coming out soon that will start a new arc?

There is a Cross over in April.

"Wolverine and the X-Men" volumes 1, 2, and 3!

Beasty, do you like Wolverine's involvement in all three?

Here is my review of Grant Morrison's run:
Well, I would like to start off by saying I didn't like it at all. E is for extiction was good but had it's bad points. One of the bad points was Secondary Mutations. Yes I know they have been used by Claremont to explain Wolvie's claws and stuff but here it was just lazy story telling. I just got the vibe that he was doing this just because he wanted to give Beast a new design (I don't like the design but if he wanted it, he could have not taken the lazy way out and said it just happend). Another bad point of this was the introduction of a terrible villian. I mean who ever liked Cassadra Nova. I think it could have been brilliant with Mastermind, Mr. Sinister, or even the Dark Pheonix posessing someone! Another bad point was things happening all of the sudden with no huge explination that we just had to except. For example, Beast's Secondary Mutation, Jean and Scott's marital problems (I mean there was no deterioration of their love, it just happend), there were students at the school again (where did they come from), new uniforms with out an explination, among other things. Also his run had lack of Continuity between the X-books. I mean even Austen had character appearences once and a while from New. He also had a lack of continutity between his books. One day Wolvie has a gotee and the next he did not (That was more of a Quilty problem and he was a terrible artist). Another thing is the artist. X-Treme had Salvadore for a while, Uncanny had Tan, Garney and Larroca for a while, while this guy worked with 12. I know that's an editing problem but it made the book hard to read with all the changing artists. Also he must be one of the worst character creators ever. Fantomex, No Girl, Martha, Ernst, Angel, Glob, Kid Omega, Slick, Tatoo, Beak, and many others that never did anything, his only good ones were the Cuckoo's which I hope appear in the reload. My final problem is Jean's death and the love triangle between her, Emma, and Scott. Scott just belongs with Jean. And he wasted alot of time with her death because she will be back because she always does. Sorry to all of you Morrison fans but this is just my opinion.

rogue1.jpg

heres the comver of Rogue #1 ..it wasnt actually in the solicitations though, so technically it doesnt exist.. but i found the picture anyway :D WOOHOO

OK...who's going to get the scoop on the "Excalibur line-up besides Professor X and Angel. Oh yeah, and Wolverine :)

Rogue #1, if it does exist who's the writer and artist?

You know, before we start talking about a Rogue solo series, don't you think it would be nice IF SHE GOT HER DAMN POWERS BACK FIRST??!?!?!?

(See, I do have some complaints about Chris. This Rogue and Gambit powerless thing has gone on too damn long. If had any intention of carrying through with a pregnant Rogue as many have guessed, it's in Austen's hands now :( )

He'll fix it. What good will they do on his team with out any powers? He kind of has to fix it

Heh.

I actually though Kitty might have been in the title, considering her dad was murdered when Genosha was reduced to rubble and all. It made sense to have her there. to resolve some issue or something.

Still, considering Claremont is writing the title perhaps that Genoshan exchange student he created for the Mekanix miniseries, Shola something, will become a regular.

okay... who's rachel summers?

She was from a while ago during the Days of Future past. I don't know the whole story other than she is Jean and Scott's Future daughter (so Jean has to come back)

didn't this relate to the phoenix or apocalypse series also?

She might have. The only time I saw her was at Jean and Scott's Wedding

Rachel was born in a world where Jean never became Phoenix and died in a bombing staged by Mastermind. Considering Jean become Phoenix in this reality and Mastermind is dead, Rachel as we know her will never be born.

Rachel was the star of the X-Men: Phoenix miniseries, but to my understanding, that all took place in the Askani future, which is just another of those alternate timelines that will never exist. I don't think she had anything to do with an Apoclypse series, tho.

i thought that she saved Cable (from the techno-oprganic viris) as a child made his clone who was stolen by sinister made evil.

A preview of clarmonts and Davis's Uncanny run was in Marvel Previews recently....and the thing I feared has happened once again. He covered up all of Alan's pictures with senseless captions.
