...the hell?

no. they do this to sell more toys with the same lead character. add weird accessories in order to fool their market into thinking it's a new product.

Ah, I remember now. Kinda like "Brand New Day." But I won't get started on that. :oldrazz:

do they actually sell though? when i was a kid i hated the figures like that

Lol, they do that with alot of figures based off of shows and films. :yay:
I hate it when they do that with Batman. they give him all the stupid multi-color suits with accesories. all i freakin' want is batman figures in the regular costume shown in either the movie, show, or comic! not some "anti-freeze batman" figure dressed in white and blue!

Now Sandman looks tight! Spidey with those freaking robot arms, however, does not.

yea i hate dam toy company's feel the need to do all those bonus crap figures that are only being made to make more money and have nothing to do with shows/films.

Well I'm thinking if I bought that ridiculous Spidey with the arms all I'd have to do is take the arms off and presto! Regular old Spidey. If the arms come off, that is. Or I could just buy a regular Spidey figure and not bother with thos stupid arms. Am I making sense? :yay:

I don't think that chest piece comes off, I've seen it done with other Spidey figures. Probably best ot buy the regular Spidey or the zipline Spidey with the Peter Parker head, since they are both the same sculpts.

one step below the "Mutated Werewolf/Weregorilla Spider-Man" figure with glow in the dark ass-cheeks.

ZOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SO WANT THAT!!!

The Sandman one is the only one that looks must-have. Nothing exaggerated, nothing out-of-character.

That Spider-Armor figure...it's just one step above the "Ninja Clan Spider-Man" figure with sword-swinging action, one step below the "Mutated Werewolf/Weregorilla Spider-Man" figure with glow in the dark ass-cheeks.
OMG, you serious?

Anyone thinks that the Spider-Man figures from this series are supposed to be from some canceled toyline? The spidey figure looks just like a regular Spidey just with an Spectacular style head...even the boxart shows the regular Spidey too. I really want a show accurate body design!
