I don't know if it's because of the subject matter or the way they both draw barrel chests, but I keep thinking of Sadowski's Superpowers art when I look at this. Both are good, although Weston's is better.
His Secret Six work wasn't as good as a lot of people made it to be. It was good, but it had wonky moments. His JSA work is the best of his career, though. It's a visual treat, especially when Eaglesham gets to draw talking heads. Those are some pretty heads.
Of course, that's also probably what's making the book late every month.
This week's issue with the Kingdom Come Superman looked amazing. His Alan Scott looks a bit odd, but Jay and Superman himself both looked great pretty much every panel they were in. Eaglesham's really come a long way with the expressiveness of his faces.
