All the homosexuals in the world are saying that they didn't choose to become gay, and you're asking for proof. Do you understand how that sounds? It's as if you're asking someone to prove that they're angry or sad. Can you prove that you were born attracted to women and that you didn't just choose to become heterosexual after having been born gay?

No straight researchers had to sit in a lab and dissect genes for us to have gone through the painful realization that we were born this way. There were no interviewers gathering statistics when we tried and tried again to choose to be straight and found out that it just wasn't possible. Gay thirteen year-olds across the country haven't been volunteering for studies, they've been too busy committing suicide because they "failed" to stop being gay and would rather be dead than be tormented for something they couldn't control. The only reason this debate even ****ing exists in the first place is because of propaganda spread by every dominant religion on the planet who considers us no better than child molesters and are, at this moment, passing laws to make it illegal to mention that we exist in schools.

And you just "don't know" what to believe? You place a "burden of proof" on us, call our insights into our own lives flawed and incomplete? How ****ing convenient for you to have that luxury.

no i can't which is where a lot of my interest in this subject stems from and why i want clear scientific proof.

firstly...have you talked to every gay person on the planet to make that claim??

secondly....if you had read my earlier statement, I was asking for a burden of proof from either side....its a logical progression, at least scientifically

Lgbt people who suffer from self loathing should not be "cured" they should be given love support and counselling to help them accept who they are and be proud of it. No lgbt person should be "cured" because being lgbt isnt an illness. It's a good normal and natural thing just like being straight is

Having tried both I would say I prefer the real thing. Personal preference i just rarely ever think they look natural
