well got around to watching this and have to say it was pretty good. The women on the show could be better written.

The dynamic between the two cops tho makes the show what it is. I have skepticism about the next one if Shane is dead.

Anyways, I really enjoyed where they went with the comic after the prison. The character arc for Rick and Carl was very interesting, and I wouldn't mind seeing something like that develop in the show.

Me too. The past three eps. had some really good music. I read somewhere McCreary wanted to release a score album after Season 2's done . So hopefully by October or sooner there will be a score release. It deserves one.

Those scenes was under Darabont, it was suppose to be on the first half of season 2 but AMC scrapped it and later fired Darabont.

The first volume of the comics I ordered off amazon finally came in. It's definitely different. Different characters and everything.

I like that though. I can read the comics and watch the show, and not really be spoiled for either.

Hey maybe at the end of the show it will show the coast being the only safe place on the planet that will show all the T-Dog doubters.

I was rewatching that trailer yesterday and the day before. I think this was suppose to be the season premiere. I remember when the producers talked about season 2 opening as the group were leaving the CDC. Going off the footage Rick and Co. return to that clinic they went to in the "Vatos" ep. It seems the place is overrun by zombies. From the looks of it Rick and co. try to figure a way out alive. The season premiere we ended up with opens two days after the CDC incident b/c Rick mentions Jacqui dying "the day before last" to Morgan on his walkie.

Plus they reshot that scene. The original scene Rick has the exact clothes he wore after he and his group escaped the CDC and is on the actual location. The version we we got has Rick in his uniform and possibly on green screen or a soundstage. Notice also after the credits Rick (while driving with Lori, Carl, Sophia, and Carol in the car) is wearing the same clothes that he wore the day he and his group escaped and is not his uniform. I know it's just a "dirty" white t shirt and i might looking too much into it but still I think the season premiere we ended up with was actually the second or maybe third episode.

I wonder why the group returned to the clinic. Were they looking for supplies or trying to get the gangs and the elderly out of Atlanta? Regardless i can't wait to see that ep. It's cool to see Dale join in on a stand off against the walkers with Rick, T-Dog, Daryl, Glenn and Shane. Instead of keeping watch and fixing the RV for once. Though I've always liked Dale and believed he was the moral compass of the group. But I've never seen him kill a walker or fire his rifle on the show if I recall. That is reason enough this ep. should've aired. Oh well.

Yeah I remember them saying the Vatos would return or something so that makes sense....also when the camp is attacked by walkers in the episode Vatos Dale can be seen shooting is rifle at least twice at the attacking zombies and after that he was never really given the chance fight zombies before his death or I'm sure he would.
