personally i think charles and clint barton being skrulls as well as sentry are more then 2 steps backward in a bad direction... especially with the great stories they've churned out and character development they've been through over the past few years... i'd hate to see that be trashed

though i do like the idea of pre HOM clint being a skrull

at this point id be inclined to think clint is a skrull. everything adds up in that favor. wont use a bow (cause he cant), sudden reappearance after a confirmed death, snuck into a position with the new avengers, hell he even would have gotten a chance to swap the baby out. i hope im wrong cause hawkeye has always been a favorite character, but right now hes my prime candidate.

problem with that is.... compared to what a skrull can do... why would a bow be so hard?

Er... because Hawkeye was phenomenal with a bow? Marskmanship does not equate to power. The Silver Surfer can turn a star into a black hole with a wave of his hand, but that doesn't mean he'd be able to hit a bullseye while doing backflips out of a Quinjet every time.

Yeah, but all the technology in the world won't make you a better marksman. I don't know how else to say it. Hawkeye was like a ****ing miracle worker with his bow. The guy had an arrow for every situation and the impossible aim to make those arrows count against the likes of Kang and Ultron. How is any amount of tech or powers going to help a Skrull imposter with that, unless the power happens to be a mutation that allows you to have ungodly aim?

I think after fighting for years upon years, it will be revealed that every single character in the Marvel Universe are Skrulls.
And that the fighting was pointless since there were no real humans or superheroes anyway.

well the skrulls are far from stupid... a simple comic explination would be taking the psychic information from the professor and using it to gain knowledge on every marvel character including hawkeye, opening up windows into his life and what made hims so good... what made him so good was alot of training plain and simple...

and im sure the skrulls planned out which heroes and key players would be skrulls so had the skrulls study that person perfectly...

Training only takes you so far. Hawkeye surpassed all of his archery teachers. He's a talented archer beyond just being a well-trained one. Granted, they could've found a talented Skrull archer or something, but I still find that lame.

Marvel aint gonna kill Cap, but what better way to mess with the heroes by killing Captain America? but his stuff in his own book by Bru is just too awesome for him to have been a Skrull the whole time, thus he was swapped out after Civil War and before his death.

Only Iron Man could have arranged that, and Tony is a Skrull...I don't know for how long.....or I suppose maybe Maria Hill.

Hopefully Aunt May is a skrull. And the whole 'genetically alerted actress malarkey' is said to be another ploy by Osborn. That plot line is terrible.
