CD Projeckt Red The Witcher 3

**** I havent collected a single card and Ive only played a single game of gwent. Far more interesting things to do in that world than play a card game.

Yeah, apparently I missed a card from the Baron. They don't really make these things obvious.

I don't really care about Gwent anyway, the main game is too big.

How a typical conversation will go in my game:

Peasant: "War has ravaged my homeland, a vampire lives in my basement, my crops have been ravaged by Nekkers and my wife is missing!"

Me:"Thats just terrible......GAME OF CARDS???"

i didn´t care either but it became addicting,

also i got a glitched bandit camp, it won´t turn grey, i tried to find any treasure left and no luck, the place is empty...

Very much so. Minor glitches and bugs aside this has raised the bar for me.

Can not wait to see what these guys do with Cyberpunk 2077, the mind boggles.

yeah, the story, so far is great and there is so much to do in this world, the side quest are cool and with it´s own story, i mean i´ve been trying to beat everyone i encounter at Gwent, is that good...

Yeah the side quests are superb and as good as the main as well as connecting at certain points with the main one.

Yeah play as many as you can at Gwent to get their cards out of them. Start doing the gwent quests to get the best cards also, then you build up a nice deck for the tournemount which is hard without a decent deck.

already beat the tournament, all the horse races and fist of fury side quests...i already played a looots of side quests...

Well, finished the game. Wow, wow, wow. What a fantastic, fitting end to the saga of Geralt of Rivia. Just great. Was really pleased with all the choices I made and the impact they had on my ending. I just hate to see it end. I finished the game in just over 100 hours and I want so much more. Easily the best experience with a video game Iv had in a long, long time. CDPR is quite easily in a leage of their own.

ROFLCOPTER

Just did the silent monk mission, thats some funny ****.

Well played CDPR, well played indeed.

:lmao:

Using all mastercrafted feline gear now. Think I'm pretty done with this til the expansion.

finished the game...got the bad ending... i thought i made the right desitions, but i didn´t...

Having now played through all of Witcher 2 and half of Witcher 3 I dont think there is a distinct bad v good in its decisions like say Mass Effect. Its more a grey area, you make decisions based on what you know or what you hope will turn out for the best but sometimes those decisions will lead to "bad" things happening, much more like life itself.

you hope for the best always but that just doesnt always happen.

pretty much, many say that in witcher 3 you mostly choose either the lesser or greater evil.

I feel like not one of my decisions so far(main/side quests) turned out "good".

At the very beginning there was this guy who carried corpses around, i helped him and gave him good advice.
A week later i see him again...and he is sick, so much that i decided to end his suffering.
Another one is the black pearl quest, that seemed to be hopefull.

At times it feels to me a bit forced when they let you choose, just for you to find out later that it didnt really mattered in the long shot.
By now i got used to this, instead of trying to be the hero, i just try to choose the smarter choice.

Im in skellige and there is this quest called in the heart of the woods i think.
Its a quest that seems to have two completely different paths to choose, im not sure what to do.
Do i go with the guy who promises me money and sees that its not more then a monster.
Or do i go with the old guy who thinks this monster is some kind of spirit that gives the people in the village strength and all that.

yeah, i think so... well with "bad" i meant sad ending...

I was 100% satisfied with all of my end game outcomes and after looking the rest up online im even more satisfied. I didnt regret a single one. There were some smaller quest outcomes that I would of done a tad differently, but all the big end game choices, I couldnt of been more pleased with.

For me, [BLACKOUT]I ended up with Triss, living the good life in Kovir, taking the occasional Witcher contract. Emhyr decided to let Temeria be its own state more or less. Keira ended up working with Lambert. Ciri went on to the lead the life of a Witcher, no longer being hounded due to her power.[/BLACKOUT]

It was just perfect. Id be incredibly sad that this is the end of the road had the ending I got, not of been so flawless. Gonna be tough for any game following to top this one.

Projectpat2280 we almost had the VERY exact same ending! ;) Awesomesauce hahah.

I'm curious about my 2nd playthrough and was hoping to have some assistance here, I want the
Empress Ciri
ending.

So I have some questions:
- Does Skellige have to be ruled by Cerys? or Can Hjalmar rule it?
- What about Radovig? Does have have to be dead?
- Do i need to kill Rorsche or Djikstra?

So I have some questions:
[BLACKOUT]Radovid and Dijkstra should die. Emhyr should win the war. You should visit Emhyr with Ciri, but don't accept the gold. And build bonds with her overall. Not sure about Skellige. I think Skellige doesn't influence the outcome of war.[/BLACKOUT]

Great game, one of the most beautiful I've seen.

Man, I'm excited to see what the Wolf gear looks like. Hopefully it's classic Witcher armor. I'm guessing we'll get one set that looks like what Lambert and Eskel wear.
