After fighting hard as the remaining Green Lantern, finally Kyle gave life to the Guardians, and the Green Lantern’s were restored. Now Kyle patrols the universe as “The Torchbearer”. Kyle wields a Green Lantern Ring which lets him make anything using his mind.

I plan to use Kyle as the real Green Lantern and make full use of him, saving the universe in style.

A huge green fist shot out of his power ring and flew into the criminals jaw, knocking him out. Kyle hovered over the unconscious criminal as police cars slowly arrived.
“Well that was fun…” Kyle muttered as he flew up into space at top speed.
He flew past suns, planets, black holes until he slowly reached his destination. Oa. The Planet of the Guardians.
“Honey, I’m home!”
He flew deep down to Oa, passing busy Lanterns as he went. The Central Battery stood before him. The power source of Oa, the Guardians and everything.

Dear diary, Sinestro or Jay Garrick made fun of me today, I'm not sure who or why. Bruce made me wear the green speedo and pixie boots again today. They're strangely comfortable, but he keeps calling me "Dick" and hugging me. I'm not sure which is stranger though, is it the fact that I can't help but hug him back? Or that I'm not even sure if it's really Bruce? I'm a sad, sad little boy.

The voice of the flame prophesied that it would act three times: once to bring death, once to bring life, and once to bring power. By 1940, after having already fulfilled the first two-thirds of this prophecy, the flame had been fashioned into a metal lantern, which fell into the hands of Alan Scott, a young railroad engineer. Following a railroad bridge collapse, the flame instructs Scott in how to fashion a ring from its metal, to give him fantastic powers as the superhero Green Lantern. He adopts a colorful costume (setting himself apart from his successors, as he wore both red and purple in his outfit, besides the standard green) and becomes a crimefighter.[1]'
Scott uses his ring to fly, to walk through solid objects (by "moving through the fourth dimension"),[4] to paralyze or blind people temporarily, to create rays of energy, to melt metal as with a blowtorch, and to cause dangerous objects to glow, among other things. I Plan to be protector of earth, In that status I Will Get myself Declared a "Honarary Green Lantern Corper" and participate in missions with them, and to fight alongside Jay Garrick.
I like the powerset of the Green Lanterns and I think JSAers need more respect.

He was Old and Balding. Lying down down on his bed, He was Remembering a former time, the Golden Age Of Superheroes:

He was Currently in a memory of a Battle with Solomon Grundy (born on a Monday).

Grundy faced him and charged. he formed a sheild with hisd magic ring. Grundy broke through. Alan Flew up and Peppered the monster with green bullets. Grundy Stagered. Alan scooped him up in a bowl and took him to the authoroties.

"Thanks, Mr. lantern" Said the police captian.
No Problem.

It was a simpler time back then.

Just to give some constructive criticism, not that it's necessarily my place to do so..

..but Thor, maybe you want to try putting some more substance into your writing, you know? As is, it kind of sounds like you're just rattling of facts. "He charged. I blocked. I knocked him out. I took him to prison.". There's so much more that can be done to make it dramatic, funny, exciting, anything you want. For instance, just read any post in the IC thread, see how these guys put a lot of juice into action scenes, even just dialog.

Also, maybe read over your posts after you've finished writing them, or even run them through Spell Check. A lot of words are either misspelled or capitalized when they shouldn't be.

Just my two cents.

But, yes. I agree with Sensei on that Thor Odinson. I am psyched that you picked Alan F***in' Scott though. If we can get more JSA members I will so get back to playing as Hawkman. Just try re-writing your sample post.

Born in Baltimore to abusive parents, Guy went to college and became a welfare worker before becoming a teacher. For years, he was Hal Jordan's backup in the event of anything happening to him. Finally, after years. He was bestowed his own power ring as Green Lantern 2184.2 and now protects the galaxy as...Green Lantern 1!!!!

As far as powers, Guy is a normal human with a power ring. So, yeah he has all the powers of a Green Lantern.

"What the frag are you doing here?" Kilowog asks bluntly as I lean against the emerald wall outside the Guardians chambers.

"The smurfs want to talk to me."

"Could have something to do with that fight you started last week in the cafeteria."

"Not my fault the newbies don't know how to control their rings. Best I hurt them before they hurt themselves or others."

The chamber opens up and I nod to the big guy before I go in.

"If this all works out, I'll see you in five."

"And if it doesn't?"

"Well..." I say with a crooked grin.

"I hope Qward is nice this time of year..."

"In your time as Green Lantern, you have instigated fights, behaved reckless at times, and thrown caution to the wind as you rush into situation."

I can't help but smile at the thought of some of that. While it's a wonder I'm still alive, I do know that it's been one hell of a ride.

"But, you have showed unmatched bravery, iron-clad willpower, and courage in the face of fear. While controversy follows you everywhere you go, you are a true leader and can help mold and shape the future of the Corps."

I arch my eyebrow slightly, wondering where all of this is going.

"We have discussed it, and you are being placed on assignment here on Oa. As a member of the Green Lantern Honor Guard. The lead member of the Honor Guard."

My mouth almost drops as the chamber door opens.

"You are to start your duty first thing tomorrow. Good luck, Green Lantern 1."

I casually stroll out of the chamber and wait before it closes before I throw my hands up and yell into the sky.

"SUCK ON THAT, JORDAN! 'GREATEST LANTERN' MY ASS!!
