I guess it was obvious in my latest post but no one seems to be posting since but uh...you JLAers can go about your business now. Thought it was clear when I had Aquaman attend to the last tidal wave un-attended to and went straight for Eeel thus severing his tie to the machine. The waves you are now facing should fall with ease given no one is mentally pushing them anymore.

Born in Baltimore to abusive parents, Guy went to college and became a welfare worker before becoming a teacher. For years, he was Hal Jordan's backup in the event of anything happening to him. Finally, after years. He was bestowed his own power ring as Green Lantern 2184.2 and now protects the galaxy as...Green Lantern 1!!!!

As far as powers, Guy is a normal human with a power ring. So, yeah he has all the powers of a Green Lantern.

Group your character is aligned with (if applicable): Green Lantern Corps.

Write two complete sentences using proper English grammar. One to explain what you plan to do with the character you've chosen. The other to explain why you've chosen this character. (i.e. What are your goals? Will you be doing anything different with the character than is usually seen?): My plans with Guy are as follows: Be a GL, protect the galaxy, be the biggest prick I can be. And, I like switching characters just to **** with trusty and the picture roster. Why did I chose Guy? Come on! He is the man I was born to play!

I come out of trans-luminal speed and fly down to the surface of Oa.

"Okay, Poozers!" I hear a familiar voice bark out as I fly by the Central Battery.

"Yer fellow Lantern is in trouble, and we don't leave a man behind." Kilowog says to the two dozen rookies he has in front of him.

"What the hell is going on here?" I ask as I land next to Kilowog.

"Gardner. Damn, I wish you could tag along. I need a few scrappers in this thing."

"Where are you going?"

"Sector 1760. Know that red ring Jordan found on Earth, apparently that rookie Sodam Yat ran into a few folks wearing some red rings. He sent out a distress signal."

"What the hell are we waiting on?!"

"We're about to go. You're grounded, Salaak says the blue men need you for something."

"Since when do I listen to them? Besides, what's the worse that could happen?"

"Does the name Sinesto ring a bell?"

"Well, I'd go to Qward gladly if it means getting in on this action."

"Alright, Poozer. Let's recharge and run!"

We all turn our rings towards the Central Battery.

In Brightest Day, In Blackest Night!

No Evil Shall Escape Our Sight!

Beware Our Power, Green Lantern's Light!

Emerald energy crackles through the small crowd, as our rings buzz with power.

The dozen rookies follow behind Kilowog and I as we take flight, heading out of Oa's atmosphere.

"Okay, Lanterns. Set a course for Sector 1760. Trans-Luminal speed."

I turn to Kilowog with my ring and smile.

"Let's go kick some ass!"

"You said it. Now stay tight and stay bright!"

In a flash of light, we disappear, heading towards Sector 1760 at unimaginable speeds.

Ok guys, last call on Sinestro's JLA meeting. Lanterns not on Earth have an automatic invite to the trial on Oa.

And if anyone's worried about the timing, it's not like we go straight to the trial. We'll have a day in game time between the meeting and leaving Earth. So if you need to wrap anything up, you can.
