I see Rhodes succeding way before DiBiase ever does at the moment. More times than not in their tag matches Rhodes is the one that shines while DiBiase doesn't get enough offense in the matches. He just doesn't stand out to me. Even moreso since joining Legacy.

I agree. In fact, once he turned heel, Rhodes was showing a lot of personality. His lisp isn't a problem consdering his father had it and became a world champ. His size is what keeps him from becoming a world champion.

Smackdown just got so much better. Seriously, the pieces are there for Smackdown to be on the level that it was during the latter half of 2002 up until Brock walked out, when Smackdown was the better show, week in and week out, with better wrestling and more simpler, more effective storylines, both personal storylines and title storylines. Let Raw be the "Superstar" show, this way, Vince can be more easily talked into letting Smackdown be about pleasing the fans who watch week in and week out.

I have an idea. How about Randy Orton scores a pinfall over Shane McMahon at Backlash to win the WWE title, and then CM Punk finally evens the score with Orton for costing him the title by cashing in MITB and bringing the WWE title to Smackdown? And on his first night as champ, Punk drops the crappy ass "bling bling" WWE title in the trash and either brings back the WWE title that was around before Cena got ahold of it, or a new one is revealed.

I for one would like to see a feud between Chris Jericho and Rey Mysterio, based on there previous work together. Also, for the first time ever, how about Taker vs. Jericho? Rey against Shelton can be cool, and I've already said I'd like to see Jeff vs. Punk.

Is Edge still taking time off after Backlash?

At least he has a move set. DiBiase seems to have none and the charisma of a rock.

Rhodes is just more interesting, though DiBiase shows flashes as he did last week on Smackdown and tonight.

I'm not anti-Trips in general but I still can't believe he tanked in the ME at WM. That is inexcusable.

Oh man. We went to town on that match last week. Just terrible. Bad ending, no structure, and Triple H phoned it in.

Not sure, but I'm still thinking Cena's coming to Smackdown. I'd rather see the World Heavyweight Championship belt on Smackdown personally.

I can see Taker vs Jericho at Summerslam.

My gosh man, the possibilities. This is how wrestling should be. Anticipation. I cannot wait!

In the next 5 years, that might be less of an issue. WWE hasn't been bringing up the useless monsters as much the last year, so it might be a sign of what's to come. But I agree, the only thing that will hurt him in the future is his size.

SD just became THE show to watch. They've got the talent to make an awesome show week in -week out. No HHH politics means guys can build some momentum Cena and Edge are pretty flexible about jobbing and putting guys over so the show will stay fresh. There are a dozen feuds that can be done from the SD roster story wise.

Feel Sorry for Matt, Show, MVP and Miz. Their careers just stalled like Orton's. Hate to see great talent get buried.

Yep. Rey, Jericho, Punk and Kane won't have any shovels with their names anytime soon. Same cannot be said though for Matt, MVP and Big Show.

Or Batista.

Let's admit it, he's gonna get one eventually.

I would of liked them leave big show on smackdown. Other than that. I like the picks. Orton, Cena, HHH, Batista, HBK all on Raw.

True. Friday DiBiase did show a bit of luster in the match. But in the end Cody still overshadowed him.

I stand by the "charisma of a rock" comment.

Was thinking: What about using Kennedy for color commentary? He's got the mouth and with JBL gone WWE could use another man at the announce table.

!

Not since Vince was putting Sid in main events have I been so bored during the final Mania match.

(Triple H calls the local shovel store/burial place on his cell phone):

Salesman: Welcome to Shovels and Burials, where we sell shovels and burial plots, can I help you?
Triple H: Yes. This is WWE Champion Triple H. I would like to order four shovels and four more burial plots?
Salesman: Ah, Triple H! One of our best customers! Can I have the names for the shovels and burial plots please?
Triple H: Sure. Their names are Montel Vontavious Porter, The Big Show, The Miz and Matt Hardy. Make sure Porter's has a lot of bling on his shovel.
Salesman: When do you want them ready?
Triple H: After Backlash in two weeks. That's when I will be done with my Randy Orton shovel and burial plot.
Salesman: Okay. That will be $40 dollars.
Triple H: The check is in the mail. Okay, bye.

(Triple H hands up cell phone. A huge grin emerges on his face).

I personally believe there holding back a bit more with Dibiase, trying not to give to much away, and they can slowly let him develop into the top star I think he can be.

I've always thought the World Heavyweight Championship belonged on Smackdown, just like CM Punk. It's the old NWA/WCW title, which in my mind is what Smackdown should be more line anyway, so it's a natural fit. Now, I will say this, I like that the IC and US titles got flipped, because now the WWE will finally be somewhat forced to spotlight the US title, always a favorite of mine. And I have always liked the idea of the WWE title on the same show as the US title, and the World title on the same show as the IC title. And now that the IC title is on Smackdown, some of that lost luster can be restored.

Damnit, I miss the days of alot of single titles. I miss the TV title, European title, Hardcore title, Cruiserweight title, etc etc. Titles get the fans excited and provide easy, built in storylines. I always had an idea about have a Submission Title, were the only way to win the title was via submission, but that would require alot of wrestlers to tap out on a consistent basis and take away from Submission victories for the world titles, so I don't know if I would do it or not. I would definitley have a Hardcore title in my promotion, as well as a Cruiserweight title and a Television Title.

Taker and Jericho at Summerslam would wet my wistle. These two have never worked a program, and they haven't even really touched in the ring, so I want to see that before Taker leaves. Taker is also all about respect, if I can't see Sting face off with the disrespectful Jericho, then it should be Taker.

I'm excited as well.

If Cena joins Smackdown, Punk should turn heel.

I love Punk's "better than you" heel persona but I wish Cena would turn on Punk. Cena's heel turn and character overhaul have been overdue since the crowds began turning on him in '06.
