not really....the crowd still reacts to Edge and Vicky on different levels....they just don't like her....Edge is at the point where he will always have some of the crowd behind him

I've always been a fan of Edge!

I was meaning character-wise, he basically runs to wifey to give him some blatant and convoluted help when he's in trouble, it cheapens him when he could be booked as a strong heel like Orton and get his own mountain of heat.

I hope the team up with Edge gets Christian elevated to main-event status, or he'll end up in the midcard until experiencing a character resurgence as Jericho did.

If politics weren't involved they could do Christian/Jeff for the title at Mania, after he is revealed as Jeff's attacker.

I think what will happen, as this is mostly Vinces ego, he'll book Christian to let him know that being the NWA/TNA world champion doesn't mean **** and if Christian does his part and is a good little soldier for a while, the WWE will make his return worthwhile

I don't think Vince would do that. Christian left on good terms and I doubt he would've returned if he wasn't getting a push.

It's a bit of a similar situation with Kozlov and Stephanie McMahon...she's trying really hard to have him NOT be a bust, and if he is, it lessens some of her already considerable power....

John Cena pretty much gives her the ability to have 3 or 4 busts without if affecting anything.

Push or paycheck....I bet you a midcard talent at WWE is probably making a significant higher amount as opposed to a midcard or even upper midcard TNA talent....

She didn't discover Cena, but she did push hard for Koslov, if he's determined a failure it reflects badly on her judgment.

This keeps up and Laurinaitis will be receiving a Future Endeavors notice.

Rodimer was a project of hers and he didn't even make it to TV....I was under the impression Cena was scouted and signed by Jim Ross....

also wasn't Ron 'H20' Waterman a mcmahon project as well??

JR probably has the best record for signing talent.

I'd be alright with an E&C reunion if it wasn't full time ala DX.

with Stephanie running Creative, she's been jockeying to take over Talent Relations as well, with Rodimer washing out and Kozlov treading water, her play for absolute control isn't looking good...she'll be forced to work with what is given to her by Vince and Talent Relations....just how I see it....

Cena was scouted initially from UPW by Ace, then nurtured in OVW by Cornette before Ross brought him to the main roster.

Jim Ross did bring up a large amount of the main roster from 2002 to 2005, before Ace took over. Ross has no desire to do that again though. He'd prefer to run his Oklahoma City based restaurants and promote his BBQ sauce.

I think that Christian would have stayed in TNA if his first feud in the WWE upon his return was someone like Kozlov. He's probably intrigued by the chance to feud with Jeff Hardy.

I don't debate fantasy booking....sorry....

speaking of WMania, I've grown to love the MITB, I think it's a great story device when it doesn't have to be used due to someone being injured

Same with MITB. If you put it on the right person, you can basically fix a slumping ME title scene at any time during the year. CM Punk holding it not only gave RAW it's belt back, but it made the RAW title scene fun to watch again. Plus there's always that unpredictability. Anytime a champs beat down, whether PPV or a normal RAW (since that's where Punk won it), the person holding that briefcase can pop out of the entrance way and run down there.

I didn't like it on Edge as much tho as he made it his personality. He was "Mr. Money in the bank", he used the briefcase as a weapon, he constantly kept the fact that he could cash it in fresh in our minds. Punk on the otherhand carried it around, but didn't show it off, and he was still just normal Punk. That's why when he cashed it in it was that much more of a surprise.

Nice card, but Kofi Kingston has got to be in MITB

I would love to see Christian return as his own man. Not as a face, no, as a heel. But with only one thought in mind, and that's to get the title, and if that means rivaling Edge for it, that's fantastic. A Hardy/Christian WM main event would be fantastic, and very different.
