Really? I thought Roman Reigns hit Super Cena with a small shot of red solar energy and it weakened the Cenatonian enough for the spear to take him out. :oldrazz:
Touche. :woot::up:

You know, the more I think about it, the more the name "Roman Reigns" sounds like the name of a badass super villain.

Interesting that Ambrose is working a singles match again this week on SD, looks like they are starting to prep the next phase for The Shield.

Not a completely clean win, but to hell with it, as long as The Shield wins I'm happy. And Reigns getting the pin ON THE TOP GUY IN THE COMPANY??? YES!

They all have good names. You can put their names next to known established stars and it sounds cool.

Reigns vs Lesnar

Rollins vs Punk

Ambrose vs Austin

Surprised at that really.

Funnily enough I just got an e mail the other day from my cousin saying that her and her two daughters have been watching old He-Man and She-Ra episodes, which took her back to our childhood, the youngest one loves Orko lol.

I always have been a Ninja mark and Snake Eyes was the ultimate as he combined being a Ninja with being a military badass!

Great times to be a kid! Most of the cartoons I grew up watching don't hold up storyline-wise, but I still enjoy seeing them now for the nostalgia factor.

Destro was my favorite Joe villain. And Major Bludd.

Wait, wait...off topic, but, Castle really has a vest that says 'Writer' on it? :funny:

I don't watch that show, but...that just seems so hilarious and awesome.

With CM Punk gone(for now), The Shield are easily going to be the most entertaining parts about WWE TV these next few months, just as long as they keep being booked the way they are(well, given a direction at least). :)

You mentioned it earlier...the booking of the Shield has been remarkable. This is the best thing WWE has done since the Summer of Punk. They are creating stars for the first time in a long time, and hopefully it pays dividends now AND down the road.

If the rumored 4th member does happen, I really hope it's another NXT guy.

People on other forums have complained about Ambrose's name a tot. I like it because it sounds like the name of a wild west outlaw. Much cooler than Jon Moxley.

I agree. Without Punk in the mix, the Shield is really my biggest reason for watching now.

Yes, yes he does. And it is awesome

And much more appealing than Jonathan Good.

Ok this Raw was awesome despite the three throwaway segments like the Bella match, Tug -O-War, and Dance Off.

Thoughts on these matches -

1. Alberto Del Rio vs Antonio Cesaro - Great match that had mixed Ground n Pound, Technical and Lucha Libre(in Del Rio's case) and it went on for a the necessary time.

2. Dolph Ziggler vs Kofi Kingston - Seen this match several times and I think they are blowing this "vulnerable champion" thing out of proportion but luckily the crowd was behind both of them so hopefully this doesn't mean the title will ge Hotshot off of Ziggler. Anyway, those two are really in sync and good results always come out of those two working together in the ring and I like that the only actual distraction the worked was AJ's due to Big E's attempted being thwarted by Kingston yet Ziggler still moved out of the way of Kingston's last turnbuckle attack and Zigzagged him "On his own".

3. Super Hell NO vs The Shield - Despite Kane dominating the hell out of The Shield for most of the match, it was still a fun match with a surprise ending.

Randy Orton vs Cody Rhodes - Great match between these two whom have also fought multiple times throughout their career. love how long the match was and was glad it wasn't a short squash. I do wish Cody would have won after that badass RKO reversal though.

Man, the product is looking ALOT better since they aren't AS many part-timers for Vince to jerk off and give ample screentime.

Swagger vs Ryder - decent match but could have had a longer time slot

Yes he does, and it's hilarious and cool at the same time. :D

Along with the Shield, Ziggler continues to be a highlight for me, even if they're doing the same old' vulnerable champion booking they've done with previous MITB winners. They really need to drop that and make up their mind to let champions look strong, or don't let them be champions at all.

Same. And his first name is Dean. When was the last time someone used that name in WWE?

I agree here, and you mentioned how Ziggler winning despite the thrwarted Big E interference. I had forgot about that. There's still too many run-ins for him.

Agreed regarding the part-timers.

They really need to boost the roster. As you also mentioned, we've seen Kofi/Ziggler 20 times at this point. And I'm pretty sure Swagger/Ryder happened two weeks ago. The brand extension is over, they have access to the full roster, but the same match ups occur. They have to change it up. They could use Justin Gabriel more, the Primetime Players more, etc.

I just had a thought, what if the WWE had the Shield start messing with the Divas?

Only way that would happen would be if they had a female Shield offshoot to heal those injustices in that division with Paige, Davina Rose, and maybe call back Ivelisse Velez. Though something like this could get things convoluted.

Sasha Banks a.k.a. Mercedes KV needs to be in there.

Don't give away Sami Callahan's WWE Name!
