What is a yes man to you? Doing what they are told? That's their job. It would be like assuming Finn Balor was a yes man collecting a check because he was doing what he was being told to do. Of course that is nuts, considering once he moved over to NXT, he showed he is still one of the best in the world. Was he suddenly no longer just there for the paycheck, or was he simply finally given a platform to perform again? How should Ricochet handle things? Yell at his boss? Shoot on his next opponent? Walk out? All are completely unprofessional and would end up with various punishments that would make their time there harder, or even potentially prolong it.I follow everything man I know it all comes down to Vince and his decisions. And like I said and you said some of the roster and creative are trying. But you can’t not think that some of them are also just happy to be there for the paycheck and yes men. Because like you said you can’t speak your mind in this company or you’ll feel Vince’s wrath. Trust me I know what you’re saying and I follow and I’m saying the same thing man.
It’s just sad and aggravating to see things the way they are right now in this company. Everyone deserves better from the team behind the scenes to the roster to us fans. But as long as Vince is still breathing we won’t be getting change anytime soon.
There are definitely guys and gals there who like their position better then others, and guys and gals I don't consider all that talented or creative. But that doesn't make anyone not a hard worker. They all take the crumbs an chances the get, and try to make the most of them. I don't like Lacey Evans or Dana Brooke, but they do their best with what they are allotted.
