The Wrestling Thread has much larger nipples

In a new update from the Wrestling Observer, it has emerged that Rollins’ injury is in fact legitimate this time around.
The current expectation is that he will undergo shoulder surgery “as soon as possible”.
The exact damage to his shoulder and the length of time he’ll be out is currently unknown, but it will be at least several months if he does undergo surgery.

How would you guys bring Ethan Page to the main roster?
Answers Sami's open challenge.

For those wondering why I don't like Dark State its simply because they don't have anyone who you think "oh he's a leader of a faction for sure." I see that when I see Uncle Howdy or Santos Escobar or Finn Balor, Solo Sikoa, Roman Reigns, Seth before Monday morning. I don't see any of that from anybody in Dark State. It's just four guys, with one of them Saquon Shugars (the one who always wears a doo rag) the most talented but he's not leadership material. HBK of all people should know that an effective faction has to have an effective leader as he was in Degeneration X. Shoot, Jacey Jane is clearly the leader of Toxic Attraction and Shawn Spears (who always poses backstage like he's shivering from the cold) is the leader of the Culling. Dark State has no leader, it's just 4 guys. All of the stuff that they had been doing would be more effective if they had someone to lead them who is believable.

I know this is one a lot of people wanted to see. Despite the ending this was super fun match.

Punk is having way too much fun! :funny:

Mami Rhea and Auntie Iyo!

Kendal Grey has been impressive in her few NXT outings and she's just won the Evolve title, I expect big progression for her over the next year.

Hot take: Omos can instill some life into the men's main event scene in NXT.

I have never understood why he hasn't ever been used outside of NOAH in Japan. With the relationship that they have with TNA or with a lesser promotion like Booker T's Reality of Wrestling, they could have sent him to either of those promotions but they did not do that for reasons unknown. When he made his debut in AAA, I thought "he's going to have a run there" but he hasn't. Hopefully he has a run in NXT and his encounters with Oba Femi make it to TV.

If he doesn't show up on NXT by the end of the year, then what the hell is the WWE doing to him? Why are they letting him sit doing nothing?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say if Seth has to vacate the whc the next champion will be LA Knight. I can see the Usos and Punk preventing Bronson from helping Bron. We'll find out now about what's going on Monday hopefully. I just wanted to put this prediction on the record.

Tonight's Smackdown matches, plus a couple of rumours about the show.

Ilya Dragunov will answer the US title open challenge, and Cody will replace Jacob against Drew.[/ISPOILER]

So when Jacob returns is he going to have a dentist match with whoever attacked him? :wow: not to worry though, I'm sure those were working teeth, not shoot teeth!

The Cody and Drew final segment that came out of the Fatu angle was great. Cody doing the impromptu match in his street clothes really added to it, and the whole thing added some much needed fire and intensity to that rivalry, and with the DQ finish, Drew will obviously get a rematch at SNME.

The highlight of the show though was Zayn vs Dragunov, what a match! A contender for MOTY in my view, so crisp and physical, and Dragunov hasn't missed a beat, incredible performance from a guy who's been out for a year, and winning the US title on his first night back is a great way to get him right into the mix.

Charlotte & Alexa vs Zaruca was a solid match, good outing for both NXT ladies, and they confirmed Sol will defend the North American title against Blake Monroe at Halloween Havoc and filtered in a bit of build to that as well.

The MFT stuff is OK I guess, definitely feels like it's building towards a traditional Survivor Series match next month.

The little backstage segment between Tiffany and Kiana setting up a match for next week feels like it's leading to Tiffany vs Giulia, which shows how short of challengers the Smackdown women's division is, when you have the 2 Champions facing each other.
